    Floor tile

    I found Chris on Homestars. He called me back right away and came by to see the job that same day. He provided a quote quickly and stuck to that number. During the job a few things came up that were difficult to predict and he was able to address them effectively within the budget which was great. It did take one half day longer than expected. The work was beautifully done and I would hire Chris again.

    New Bathroom

    I was referred to Chris by a colleague of his. He returned my call the 1st time I reached out to him and came by my house to have a look all in the same day. He was able to start work within a few days and completed the project within a couple of weeks. Chris did a fantastic job on our new bathroom in the basement and was accommodating to all my extra requests along the way (tile baseboards, tile ceiling above shower, add backsplash to sinks, etc). I would (and already have) highly recommend West Sense Tile & Stone to come have a look at your next project!

    Bathroom and Kitchen Tiling

    Chris at West Sense did an excellent job with my bathroom renovation and some tile work in the kitchen. He was incredibly detail oriented and made sure to communicate the whole way through. He did not cut corners and made sure I was satisfied with the job. I appreciated his referral to his tile supplier and his discount and think the finished product is beautiful. I would have liked the job to be finished quicker but I realize some of this was out of his control. I think the wait was worth it as he really treated the job like it was his own home/project, and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact again. Thank you!

    Kitchen backsplash tile

    We hired someone else initially to complete the backsplash tiling and it turned out to be a bit of a disaster (granted our home is old and a bit challenging). We ripped off the tile and called Chris. He gave solid advice on what might work best to hide the inconsistencies in our home. He worked efficiently and did things the proper way, showed his what had to happen to make the tiling look good as well as what colour grout would work best. He even gave us tips for drilling through the tile, I’d need be, to install our remaining appliances. The final product is beautiful and we are so happy with the result. 10/10 will be calling again when we renovate our bathrooms for some honest opinions and solid work. Thanks Chris for the beautiful tile job! See you again!

    Basement bathroom reno

    Chris renovated a small basement bathroom of ours that has a corner stand-up shower. We had all of tile on the floor and in the shower replaced, and had tile installed on the lower part of the wall throughout the rest of the room as well. We also replaced the vanity, shower, toilet, vent fan and lights. Chris did a beautiful job installing the new tile, and arranged the plumber and electrician as required. We experienced a bit of a delay as the shower ended up being difficult to install, but Chris made it happen with the help of some glass installers. If we need any tile work done in the future we will definitely call Chris!

    Fireplace Tiling

    Chris did a great job replacing our tired fireplace tiles and we are very pleased with the result! Chris was easy to work with, explained what he was doing and cleaned up each day. Although he wasn't always able to keep to his planned schedule due to other projects, he always kept us updated so we could plan our time accordingly and we appreciated this. We will be using Chris again next year when we tackle our guest bathroom!

    Herringbone Tile

    Chris did a great job installing herringbone tile for our backsplash. The tile and pattern made for a challenging job with many cuts, but he completed the job quickly and efficiently. We are very happy with the job and will definitely use Chris in the future!

    Kitchen Backsplash

    Very happy with Chris and this company. They did a great job of our kitchen backsplash. Will definitely use them again! Their price was also very reasonable. Highly recommend them.

    Bathroom tiling

    This was our second time hiring Chris for one of our renovation projects. He did a beautiful job tiling our bathroom and always explains things very thoroughly.
