We hired Chris to install our kitchen backsplash. We chose West Sense because of the great reviews, affordable price and quick installation time. There was a bit of a delay in starting our project due to delays on other projects he was working on but it was worth the wait! He executed the double herringbone pattern beautifully.- absolutely love how it turned out! Would highly recommend Chris.

We recently renovated our main bathroom, powder room, foyer and laundry room and Cris, owner at West Sense Tile, did an amazing job! I contacted Cris for a quote and he came the same day to take a look at the job and sent the quote within 24 hours as promised. Throughout the whole process of installing the tile Cris was constantly communicating and ensuring my design details were being met. We are so pleased with the tile work Chris completed for us! The finished product is beautiful, high-quality work and was completed on-time and on-budget. Chris was excellent to deal with, quick to respond and professional. He answered all of our questions and was very clear in explaining the work he was going to proceed with; as people who aren't very well-versed in construction we really appreciated that. We had other trades people and movers in and out of the house while he was working and it didn't distract or slow him down. The whole process was very low-stress and easy. We would absolutely recommend West Sense for your next project!

Chris competed the building of our shower from scratch. He coordinated the plumbing and was an excellent communicator. Through the process he checked with us on all the details: plumbing requirements, location of nooks, how we wanted the tiles to be placed etc. His work was competed in a timely way but most importantly all tiling was perfectly aligned and the shower is "plumb" from all sides. I had a shower glass installer with 32 years experience who commented on the quality of the work and detailed precision. Chris was very customer oriented and very eager to please.

Our front entrance and walkin closet floors were always cold. Thanks to Chris at West Sense Tile and Stone we now have a warm floor and the rooms seem warmer too. The tile install is top notch. Chris made us part of all decisions for the project. We are very happy with his work.

Having dealt with a 5 star renovation contractor before that did not go well, we were very leary about hiring another contractor to help us complete a bathroom renovation. In no time at all Chris had us feeling like we made the right choice. He was able to start the job in a short amount of time and did exactly what he said he would do in his quote, at a very reasonable price. He is a very professional and considerate guy and his work is truly worthy of five stars. We would definitely recommend him and will choose him again in a heart beat of we need more tiling done down the road. So happy with his work!
