My wife and I approached West Sense Tile & Stone because we had a Back Splash project in our Kitchen. The first time we met Chris, we were impressed with this professionalism and mannerism. He is upfront and honest and we jumped in and gave West Sense the contract. Chris did a professional job in a timely manner. We loved the fact that he explained his recommendations and we were extremely pleased with the results. He respected our home and kept the job site clean. He has great knowledge of the trade and we have moved forward with another project in our home.

Chris was very courteous and punctual. He was able to give a phone quote with the pictures I supplied. Was fast and efficient and did an excellent job. Love it.

Chris was great to work with. He responded promptly to questions via text or email When answering questions, he laid out what the options were, gave his recommendation, but let us make the best decision for our renovation. He is very focused on the quality of the work. Used only quality products. Ensured the area was prepared correctly, so the final product is level and lines are straight. Or renovation had lots of small spaces (closets) and our tiles were not quite what we expected (not Chris's fault). When these obstacles were encountered, he worked with us to find the best solution for our project. In the end the price quoted was the price we payed. Everything you want in a contractor: responsive, quality oriented, on time and on budget.

Chris was fantastic to work with, showed up when he said he was going to and the job was done in about 2 days. I would highly recommend West Sense Tile & Stone for any job big or small.

We were looking for somebody to install a tiled shower (Kerdi) and flooring as part of our bathroom renovation. After searching through many options we were impressed by Chris' professionalism of providing a detailed quote on time, that was reasonable in price. Chris communicated throughout the entire process, helping us make the detailed decisions we hadn't even thought about. He always let us know when he would be coming, arrived on time, and kept the work area clean. We had purchased tile that was mismatched in color causing some delay in his work (rookie mistake) but he dealt with it professionally and helped us by providing suppliers he trusted to avoid the same mistake. We are extremely pleased with the end product. Chris takes a lot of pride in his work and I would hire him again without a doubt.

Quick turnaround with quote and starting/finishing of the job. Chris was very upfront and honest with regards to the tiles that I chose. When the job was completed was happy with how it turned out. Would use Chris again for the next project.

West Sense Tile did a fantastic job on our full bathroom and entryway renovation. Cris was up front about cost, schedule, and how long it would take. Went beyond original job scope to level out the floor in our much older house. Looking forward to using him again for our next project!

Cristian was very punctual and was always here on time or early. He was extremely fast and efficient and got the project done really quickly. The price quoted was the price paid, no unexpected surprises which usually comes with doing home renoes. Happy our kitchen is now complete.

Cristian was highly recommended by the place where we bought our tile. We are so happy we went with him! We received quotes from a few companies and his was not only reasonable but quite specific and he stuck to budget. Cristian is a great communicator and despite delays on parts due to Covid he finished before the holidays. He explained everything well and was very receptive and helpful to our ideas. Renovations are dusty and he made sure to provide plastic curtains to separate the work area from the rest of the house. He has his go-to electrician and plumber who did a great job as well. His work is beautiful. The pictures show it! We will be sure to call on him for our next project. 5 stars!
