Excellent service. The compressor starter on my refrigerator failed Friday morning - he showed up at 2 PM. Replaced the part - cleaned the condenser coils and charged me a fair price for his work. The refrigerator works like new!

Fuad was excellent! He was quick to answer my HOMESTARS request, and included his price, so I knew what I was paying right from the get-go. He came early and prepared and fixed everything I threw at him. He followed up a few days later with another part that I needed for my fridge/ice maker. He was very responsive to both my emails and texts. He will be my number one appliance guy from here on in! Thanks Fuad!

We have a Bosch range hood that started to make a very loud noise when in use. Fuad answered our quote request promptly and quickly accommodated an appointment. Very professional and friendly, Fuad investigated and determined that the issue was with the motor. He ordered a new motor for us and followed up within the week with a second appointment to install the new motor. Highly recommended! Many thanks Fuad!

The igniter on our gas stove had failed. Fuad contacted me to determine the part number and brought it with him so the repair was completed quickly.

This was the only company that responded to my request and Fouad diagnosed the problem after asking a few questions on that first call. He ordered the part right away and came to repair it the next day. We were very happy with Fouad and appreciated his assistance.

Arrived promptly and quickly figured out and repaired the problem with the drain hose. I will certainly be calling Appliance Aid if any of our other appliances need repair.

My washing machine was getting old (10+ years) and was no longer draining. The work was performed to a very high level of quality and within one day of when I requested it. And, the price was fair and honest - below what I was quoted from other companies. They even helped me reposition the washer! The machine works perfectly now.

Excellent service by Fuad! He came an hour or so after I reached out to him and diagnosed the problem. He was very through in his diagnosis. He ordered the faulty part and came by and repaired it as soon as he had the part (a couple of days later). And he called soon after to ensure that everything was working in order! I would recommend him to anyone who wants things done both quickly and thoroughly.

Contacted Home Stars at 9am and Appliance Aid responded within an hour. Arrived around 12:30 pm and repaired fridge within an hour. Excellent service and communication. Reasonable price. Very professional.
