We’re beyond happy with the work Jay and did for us, literally transformed our home. Replaced the carpeted stairs to beautiful hardwood stairs. He was on time, on budget, great communication and an honest guy. As someone that does a lot of DIY I’m glad I didn’t attempt this project, Jay left the project spotless and cleaned up every night. Great work Jay thumbs up!

Called Jay for an estimate on new railing for staircase and he responded quickly with a quote which we thought was fair. Jay dropped by with some samples and wanted to make us feel comfortable with the project before starting. Jay and his team did an excellent job, cleaned up well and even came up with suggestions about a post. Turned out better than we thought. Highly recommend Jay for stairs or railings. Jay fit us into his tight timeline and changed our carpeted stairs to hardwood with white runners in a few days. At first i was worried about all the debris from the carpet removal that I covered my furniture, but Jay and his team contained the area with plastic drop sheets. It was an overall clean and good job. I'd recommend him.

I called this company for an estimate and Kyle the owner promptly called me back to set up an appointment. This was to be the first of several estimates to have my staircase completed. When Kyle arrived to do the estimate he conducted himself in such a professional and honest way that I knew I had found the right company for the job and I would not have to look any further. My staircase was in rough shape so I originally decided to replace the existing one with a new staircase but changed my mind and decided to renovate it instead. Kyle supported my decision by assuring me that that I would be pleased with the results and after seeing pictures of some of his previous work I decided to place my trust in this company. Whenever there were decisions to be made during the project Kyle would provide me with the options, giving me his professional advice but always respectful of my final decision. When I saw the completed project I couldn’t believe it was the same staircase. This company transformed my staircase into a showpiece. The results far exceeded my expectations. Exceptional work from the kind of professionals you want in your home to complete big projects like this. Great work from a great company.

I was referred through my aunt and I am so happy with the finished product. It was done in one day and they even cleaned up my driveway and entry way. I’m still so shocked at how beautiful and what a transformation it is. Thank you so much! I will refer to absolutely everyone who needs a stair transformation.

I hardly ever write a review but Jay and his team deserve one. I had multiple contractors come in for estimates and more then a few came off as “shifty” and left me with more concerns then anything else. Jay was incredibly patient answering every question I had and I called quite a few times. I felt at complete ease having his team in my home. I was concerned with how my home would be left daily and immediately realized that wouldn’t be an issue as they were so clean, so personable and such a pleasure to deal with from beginning to end. He is a man of his word and I have no doubt he will continue to do so well as these standards are hard to find these days. Thank you Jay!

For several years I wanted to spruce up my staircase - sought 4 new newel posts and iron balusters. Having researched companies and approximate pricing I called Sapphire Stairs. Jay responded promptly and came later that day to provide an estimate. He understood exactly what I wanted and even proposed a solution that allowed me to reuse existing railings that I was happy with. His estimate was given on site and confirmed in writing. The finished job is better than I even hoped for! Jay and his colleague are consummate professionals. The area was protected and cleaned up meticulously following. They arrived on time, and finished on time. The workmanship is perfect and I am delighted with my staircase. I would recommend him to my pickiest friends!

Received four quotes, one was ridiculously Quoted $7,000-$10,000, Sapphire Stairs fell right in between the other three. Chose this Company based on reviews and reference photos that were my exact stairway. The project was completed within 2 days, the team was professional, prompt and clean. Have already recommended to family and friends.
