    Whirlpool dishwasher

    My dishwasher was broken and I started to look for repatriation and I found trough the google Certified Appliance Repair, technical arrived at time , was very professional and polite, resolved problem very quickly, reasonable price!!! I’m definitely recommend this company!!!

    GE Profile Fridge Repair

    Our GE Profile fridge started making loud clicking sounds, the temperature controls were showing the freezer and fridge numbers that were all over the place. Things were melting and refreezing etc. I called Gary (Customer Service) and I was surprised that I got an answer after about 3 rings. Other companies wanted me to leave a message and they would get back to me. Gary promised that we would have a technician over between noon and 4 that same day. What a relief! At 12:15 Garik, the technician arrived, pulled out the fridge, opened up the back and found that the main control circuit board was at fault. He placed an order then and said it should arrive in the next day or two. The following day Garik called at 4:00pm and said he could come over right away an install the board. I was surprised because the day was over but he said he could still come. Anyway, another issue was identified with the compressor relay once the board was replaced, he had a spare, fixed everything and did a fantastic job. I am very happy with the speed, efficiency, and technical competence of this company. Thank you Garik!!

    Stove repair

    THIS SERVICE IS STELLAR! REASONABLE - FAST - FRIENDLY - EFFICIENT! We called about 8 other repair shops before we found this one: First, no one else would come out to Chelsea which is literally 15 minutes max from one of the other repair shops we called in Gatineau. Second, no one would come and repair the oven before Christmas so we were to be without our usual holiday dinner. Third, I was stunned by some of the rudeness by some of the other shops over the phone. Then came this shop and wow. Stellar phone manner, super agreeable, no problem to come to Chelsea, no problem to send a technician within a day and offered decent rates. On top of this IGOR the repairman was JUST AWESOME. Fast, polite, smart and an all round great guy, we found ourselves hoping we get to see him again - without a stove malfunction ;) We will absolutely refer this company without hesitation!

    Asko Dishwasher

    We had the privilege of dealing with both Amna (Customer Service) and Garik (Sevice Technician) - Simply put, both were absolutely extraordinary to deal with. From our initial call this morning with Amna to Garik coming to our home the same day (Afternoon) we were very pleased with their professionalism and kindness with us. Should anyone be in the unfortunate position of having an appliance breaking down, we would hope that you receive the exquisite service that we did - Truly remarkable and Many Thanks!!!     Diagnosing problem with old washing machine, and installation of new washing machine, and identifying new machine was dropped before delivery

    If I could give this company a 200% approval rating I would!! The first technician to check my old machine, and diagnose the problem arrived about 2 hours after I asked for an appointment. Very fast response time. His name was Yurik. The second technician Garik, came to disconnect my old machine, and install the new one I bought. Then when installing the new machine and do a quick check of it, there was a rocking of the machine, and noise, he knew immediately that it was broken, and possibly dropped. I am now dealing with the warranty services provided by the manufacturer's designated appliance company which has proved to be challenging, but they now agree that Garik's diagnoses of the problem was correct, and it will hopefully the repaired ASAP. I highly recommend this company based on my experience with them

    washer repair

    I discovered last night that my 9 year old Samsung washer was not draining. I completed a service request at 11:00 pm and Gary responded within 5 minutes. He said he could have a technician today between 12:00 and 3:00. By 2:30 he was here and repaired my washer by 4:00. I was so happy to get such great fast service at such an excellent price. I highly recommend Certified Appliance Repair in Ottawa for anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

    range Repair

    It was friendly and excellent service to fix my range by Gary. I have a GE range and the screw fell off. I tried to fix the screw but unable to fix it.

    Fridge/Freezer Repair

    Excellent service, reliable and quick. Garrik, our service technician, was able to figure out the problem quickly and ordered the necessary part right away. Came in the next day as soon as he received it! Will definitely be calling them from now on for any appliance repair! Thank you!

    Repair Whirlpool Upright Freezer

    Yuriy from Certified Appliance Repair was fabulous. Diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me the cost of parts and labour and suggested the 7 year-old freezer wasn't worth repairing. I agreed with him. First rate service - I would hire them again.

    Samsung fridge repair

    Garik made himself available to come on the long weekend to fix a freezer door that had been building up ice. We had just moved and this was an added complication on an otherwise stressful day. He took the time to explain all aspects of our appliance maintenance and ensure we would get the longest life out of our freezer. His advice was not limited just to the freezer but he gave us useful tidbits for everything in the house. If ever i need something fixed I will definitely hire Ganik again.
