Our fridge stopped refrigerating — not an ideal scenario in the middle of summer. Certified Appliance Repair was helpful right from our call when they opened. They were polite and efficient and scheduled us for a repair later the same day — with an appointment time, not a window of time. The repairman called to confirm exactly as the service indicated he would, and he arrived right on time. The repairman was polite, neat, patient, and thorough. He explained what he was doing and what he was looking for at each step. In the end, it was a relatively minor repair (a broken thermostat), but the repairman had to do a lot of work to get to that. In addition to having a successful repair, I especially appreciated that he was gentle taking apart my fridge and putting it back together, and that he was respectful of our home. I hope I don’t need appliance repair again, but if I do, I will call Certified Appliance Repair.

Arrived in an hour from call. Forgot to put filter back so blower was blocked. Fixed the issue and cleaned it thoroughly all the lint around.

The technician repaired the broken part on site. He was very knowledgeable and explain what he had to do before he began to work. Great job!!

Fan Noise fix from the refrigerator,my fridge was making a horrible noise but thanks to Gary and his professionalism , he greatly helped to fix that out! Now i can sleep at night :)

I called and Garik came a short time later. He was a professional and did amazing work for us. He was great with my family as well. We are very satisfied. He saved us lots of money compared to other quotes.

Gary had to take my entire machine apart to fish out pistachio nuts (from the motor!) my daughter thought needed cleaning. I called him the day after another tecnician failed to resolve my issue and am so grateful that Gary saved the day. $200 is way better than buying a new dishwasher.. Awesome service. .

Great professional with an exceptional service! I called Garik about problems with my dishwasher. I have a big family and dishwasher is extremely important in our household. He made himself available the very next morning. He came right on time! He was very friendly, very fast, all business. He had all possible tools right there with him, found and fixed the issue right away! He gave me clear explanation what happened and why, and how to avoid the same problem in the future. I didn’t have to clean any mess after, he had boots covers he put on inside the house, which I thought was very thoughtful of him! He also took a look at other appliances we had and gave us great advice on how to clean and maintain washer/dryer and other stuff. He took a look at my “smart” fridge, explained how to use it properly at full capacity. He answered all my questions and even followed up couple days later to make sure everything works as it should. I can’t recommend him enough! Thank you very much! Impeccable service!
