    Solid job

    Eric spent the bulk of the day patching areas that require some attention on my flat torch-on roof. By all appearances, he did a good job, but of course time is the true measure. I believe he would stand behind his work if there was a problem. I appreciated his attitude and when I asked him to do an extra thing at the end - he didn't take it out on my pocketbook. Very importantly, our house is entirely white and he didn't leave any marks on anything. I will be having Eric do more work for me in the future.

    New Siding on Whole House

    Just wanted to thanks Eric and his team at iRoof for going above and beyond installing new vinyl siding on our whole house. After our first meeting it was evident that Eric was the team I wanted to complete the job. Always arrived on time, were great at cleaning up the jobsite and were very helpful during the entire process. He even took the new line sets installed by our furnace company and did a great job working it into the side of our house. They were a great company to work with and would recommend them to anyone in the GTA or surrounding area. Thanks again we are really happy with the outcome.

    Roof, siding and gutter repair

    Eric (owner of iRoof) redid the roof of my Juliet balcony, resided the underside, and did some other repairs to gutters, fence posts etc. He was pleasure to work with and he did excellent work. I highly recommend him. .

    Siding & Painting Transformation

    Eric and his team at iRoof did a great job installing siding at our house. They also painted the trim to match the siding a great added service. Our house looks wonderful! I would highly recommend iRoof.

    Full Eavesthrough Replacement

    My husband hired Eric to work on our house in Kleinburg. The work was executed to perfection. The team showed up as promised, put in full days, were diligent, meticulous and polite. They also identified a minor roofing problem which they offered to repair at no extra cost. They took extra care to close gates to make sure my puppy didn't get out of the yard. In brief, we had our eves, soffit and fascia replaced with no inconvenience or concerns at a highly competitive price.

    Pitched and flat Roofing, Roof hatch and eavestroughs

    Eric is excellent. He exceeded my expectations on delivery and workmanship. He installed shingles for the pitched roof, replaced a flat roof and added a entry hatch. I highly recommend iRoof.

    Highly recommend for quality work

    After heavy snowfall last winter, the roof started leaking into the home causing significant water damage to the interior dry wall. I submitted a request via Homestars and Eric inspected the roof within 24 hours, taking pictures and explaining the issue to me. He left me with several options, but eventually I decided to get the entire roof replaced along with the repair/replacement of the interior water damage. He provided several options for shingle choices as well as metal flashing, vent covers etc. Eric and his team replaced the roof within 2 days, and took another 2 days to repair the interior drywall back to its original condition. It was quite a big job and I was impressed everything was completed within 4 days. I would highly recommend Eric @ iRoof Ltd for quality workmanship at a reasonable price.

    On time and on price. The quality of the work was great and everything was exactly as discussed. No surprises which is always nice. Highly recommend.

    Repair Roof Damage Caused by Wind Storm

    During a heavy wind storm our roof cap had come loose and was halfway off. We were afraid that if it came completely off it could do severe damage to other properties and/or people. I looked online for someone that was close and could come ASAP which could be a problem since it was Good Friday/Passover as well. I came across iRoof Ltd and it already had two 5 star posts so I gave them a call. Eric picked up the phone right away and said he could be at my place in 30 minutes. He arrived in 20 minutes, and completed the work in 30 minutes. Not only did he repair the damaged cap but while up there scanned all of the roof cap and secured other parts. He was polite, clean and professional. Not too mention he was working during the wind storm and it started to lightly rain. Great work! When we need to replace the roof we will be calling iRoof (Eric).
