My water heater produced only cold water, which was strange, right? This company not only fixed the issue but also guided me on some recommendations on how to prevent them without calling technicians. I guess they care about my money, hah.

I had the experience of speaking with their operators using the Live Chat on their website. I don’t know whether their operators are ex-technicians, but they guided me on the repair nuances in full. Very disappointed. Sales reps are knowledgeable but company doesn't do the work, they just sub contract. Both furnace and water heater were installed improperly (e.g. hot water was coming out of the cold taps) and installers had to come back. The old water heater never ran out of water, and the one they put in to replace it doesn't last two showers. Getting someone even to return a call is a challenge, they don't stand behind their work and it seems like more of a sales organization than a real company. I would strongly recommend against using them

I called the company to book an appointment for a repair of my furnace. Unfortunately, everything that could help it was done but no results. What was my surprise when their technician didn’t accept any money!! Great deal, and responsible approach to all the clients!

I came across some annoying feedback about this company, specifically that they charge a lot. What complete nonsense. I am a full mess when it comes to appliance usage, and I regularly request repairing services. Their technicians helped me to prolong the life span of my water heater and charged moderately compared to other “popular” services in the neighbourhood.

I bought a tankless water heater from this company. No complaints at all but good impressions from their experienced technicians. Their guys know how to do everything promptly. Thanks, after a while we will find out how well he did his job.
