I happened to come across some feedback about this company online and decided to check whether they are really worth it. I requested a maintenance service for my household furnaces. The reality was great. Moreover, they left the place clean.

Management from HVAC service followed up after service call in which the technician got something wrong and refunded the diagnose charge and made the experience satisfactory. I thought they dont care but they really do and i feel anyone wont have problems at all dealing with this company.

Buying the humidifier with The HVAC Service Solutions was one of the best decisions. First, their operators are very kind regarding all your inquiries. Secondly, the technician, Matthew is very fast in installation. I am totally satisfied!

We had The HVAC Service come by to take a look at our air conditioner as it was just blowing air and not cooling the house. They had a technician come in a day or so. Took a look and determined the compressor needed to be replaced but that it would take approximately 3 weeks to get the part in (It was a 20+ year old unit.) We opted to just get a whole new unit instead of waiting, and they installed it the next day. They arrived when they said they would (they gave a four hour window), installed everything, were courteous, made sure it was working, and they cleaned up after themselves. All around a positive experience.

Professional service, and friendly attitude toward not tech-savvy clients. I called them to buy a water softener (which I read before could save my skin condition). I am still testing it but it is definitely worth it, again if believing other users’ experiences.

I hesitated what to choose - to repair my air conditioner or buy a new one. Thanks to a professional follow-up by guys from The HVAC Service Solutions, my good-old unit is now continuing to servicing me and my family. Thanks a lot!

I live in Toronto's suburbs so I didn't expect the repairman to arrive as fast as it was written on HVAC website. I had to wait for about one hour, and finally the specialist came. At least, he managed to install my water heater in about 50 minutes. Thanks, good service.

I don’t know no thing about water boilers. I call up The HVAC Service and had a lovely chat with a operator. He laid out all my potential options and helped me choose the best boiler for me. The installation appointment was booked for the following day and the HVAC installers were able to get it all working very quickly. Everyone was super simple. It really made my life easier. I was worried this was going to be a lot of stress.

No wonder that the car arrived in about ten or twenty minutes. I live near CN Tower in the centre of Toronto. The repairman was polite. He asked me to show him a few certificates on my boiler and after examining them started to repair. I don’t know why he needed these certificates, but the work was done fine. Don’t contact any other HVAC operators. I was very impressed with the level of service. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find the best furnace for my needs and budget. I recommend The HVAC Service!
