We had full frame replacement of 5 windows and 3 doors. Our salesperson was Steve from the Whitby location. His presentation impressed me from the initial meeting, compared to other companies I met with. Not only did he used to install, he was very thorough in the initial meet. He even gave a demonstration on the benefits of triple glaze pane windows with actual triple pane window samples. None of the other companies did that. I asked many follow up questions through email. Steve would call and email me promptly with detailed answers. He also showed and sent me many pictures of different alternatives of window and doors installed. This helped me visualize what the end product would look like, depending on different choices of combinations.
I believe the contract was signed around Canada day weekend and by Aug 14, all 5 windows and patio door was made, ready for install. Install took one day.
The other 2 doors were custom made so as expected, took a bit longer, and was ready for install by Sept 5 and only took about 5 hours to install.
