We needed a bay window replaced in our kitchen. We called 3 companies for quotes. John from Consumer Direct was very knowledgeable of the construction of the windows as well what was available on the market from the competitors. We feel the price was very fair. The window installation went very well, the installers were professional, clean up after the job was complete, did a demonstration of the Windows as well. Very happy with our choice of Consumer Direct. ( and local)
