Our windows were 55 years old. They were dirty and no longer functioned . It was time to replace them or so we thought until we received our first quote. It was shocking, so much so we almost changed our minds about replacing the windows. We had a second appt set up that day with Mike from Consumers that I almost cancelled, because I did not want to waste his time. He was very polite, personable and professional so he gave me a quote that was much much lower than the first quote and one that was within our budget. I still had reservations because great windows if not properly installed can be an issue and look bad. Mike explained to me about the training their installers get and the fact that they arent subcontracted out to people that feel faster installation puts more money in their pocket.
When the project was completed my wife and I were ecstatic. The appearance of our new windows inside and out was incredible. Our family was shocked at the difference the new windows made. We are seniors who may not be in our home for many more years, but I am certain the curb appeal has increased and we definitely wish we had made the change a few years earlier.
I highly recommend Mike and his team.
