    Glass Replacement

    We replace the glass to our windows and it has been an excellent experience. Michelle was nice and accommodating and the man who came to repair our window has also done a great job. Thank you, Consumer Direct!

    Windows

    This is the second time we have used Consumer Direct. From start to finish they were all professional, courteous and available for any questions. From sales to delivery to installation, everything was seamless. The crew took care of the surrounding areas when installing a total of 6 windows. Only one caveat - an estimated arrival time the day of the work would be a good addition for planning on the home owners side. Would definitely recommend Consumer Direct.

    New Windows and Doors

    Consumer Direct Windows was recommended by family who had used their services and was happy with them. They were very prompt and professional and the installation was quick and the windows and doors look fantastic. Everyone we dealt with was very kind and professional and delivered excellent service.

    Great experience throughout the whole process.

    Great experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors. David, our contact for ordering, was prompt and accommodating despite our indecisiveness. He answered all our questions and provided advice for windows as well as the HEV loan to help narrow down what we were looking for. Pricing beat out the competition and the quality of windows is excellent. Installation by Yuri and Alex for 6 windows was done in just a single day with the use of mats to protect the flooring, the entire area left clean and tidy, and the install was done with great attention to detail to get everything aligned and neatly sealed. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone. We will be coming back to do the 1st floor windows when the time comes and absolutely would recommend them to anyone.

    New windows

    We had a great experience working with Jerry and team at Consumer Direct Windows! Jerry was very responsive, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The team who did the install were very effective and efficient. Were very happy with our new windows and felt we got a quality product for a reasonable price.

    Window replacement

    My experience with Consumer Direct Windows and Doors was extremely amazing. I didnt know what to expect replacing windows that were 30 plus years. I would like to thank my sales representative Mike and his amazing team for providing such professional service. Customer service was amazing at responding to and assisting me throughout this project. The day I received the call with the install date I was very excited but also nervous because I didnt know what to expect. The installers were very polite and professional. They put drop sheets down to minimize debris during the removals and installation. I was very comfortable with the installers so I left my house so they could do their job. I returned mid to late afternoon they were just finishing the final touches on the last window. I couldnt believe the efficiency and quality of work they had provided. I will be definitely recommending Direct Windows and Doors to anyone who asks. Once again, thank you for everything. Mary

    Amazing job with my 9 windows all prarie grill

    Had consumer direct install 9 windows in my house, the cost of the windows was really reasonable, they helped me with all of the grants and the install was professional and fast. Overall great job

    Window replacement

    This company did a great job,from ordering the windows, making sure all of the details and measurements were correct before ordering the windows The crew came at the time they said they we going to be here and completed the job on time and left the property with everything cleaned up. Very polite and professional crew. I would recommend this company and give them 5 stars.
