Flori was very thorough and kept us informed every step of the way. The quality of work and attention to detail was very apparent. Our flat roof required full sloping, complete replacement and new aluminum flashing and capping. We are very happy with the finished work and felt we received value for our money. Flori was speedy to respond (on a stat holiday too) and fixed the issue within an hour. He was knowledgable and understood what needed to be done to stop the leak. My eaves troughs were completely blocked with snow and ice, causing my window to leak. They took the time to explain why this was happening, what needed to be done and how it would be done. They were efficient and thorough. They cleared all of the snow that ended up on my driveway, which was very much appreciated!! Will definitely use their services again when needed!Answer from pro:
