Roof inspection for leaking windows
We've recently had an issue with our windows leaking resulting in the inside trim getting warped. We were told by the company who installed the windows that it could be a possible leak from the roof although I was not convinced as no evidence supported this theory. I called Elite to provide an expert opinion on the issue, they responded VERY quickly and showed up the next day with Flori doing a full inspection around the windows (inside and out) as well as the roof and he determined the leak was NOT from the roof. First impressions are paramount and was evident from Flori's inspection that he is honest and professional and would not hesitate to hire Elite for our roofing needs in the future. Repair Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Part of my fascia was dangling due to the overnight strong wind. Flori and his team responded fast. Arrived on time to take it done before it was blown away. They then came the next day to put on a new one. Great work.

Prompt response and service
Elite roofing was prompt on their response and scheduling the service call. It took only a couple of days for us to get done with our roof inspection because thats how fast and smooth was the whole process of working with them.

Eaves repair, flushing repair/install and gutter guard installation
Flori was recommended by a colleague and he did not disappoint. He and his Cuban worker , Chico, were punctual, professional, and respectful. They repaired our leaking eaves, re-routed the downspout, cleaned all the gutters, repaired and installed gutter guards securely. Flori is a perfectionist which is why the result(s) are remarkable.

Roof, Fascia, Gutter Guards
Flori was fantastic. He was on site and his crew did excellent work. Flori was on my neighbors roof and saw some major issues with my roof. His quote was fair and accurate. I was so impressed that I added the Fascia and Gutter Guards as well. Highly recommend Elite Roof Inc.

Roofing
I contacted elite Roofing as I was looking to have my roof inspected. We are 2nd owners of our 5 year old home and I have always wondered what condition the roof was in. We had a home inspection done prior to purchase but that was 5 years ago and I wanted a more thorough inspection. I also had some roof vent guards that I wanted installed and while doing some research I stumbled upon a youtube video of Flori doing an installation of such guards. I contacted Pamela and immediately spoke to flori and chiko came out within a few days of our initial call. They performed a thorough inspection and made some recommendations. They returned within a few days and completed the repairs and installed the vent guards. These gentlemen are professional, honest, very thorough and an absolute pleasure to work with. They took time to explain things and answered all of my questions. The quality of the work is excellent. Old school quality workmanship that you don't see much nowadays. I would highly recommend Luso to anyone looking for roof repairs or replacement. We are extremely pleased! 10+

Roof Repair
Excellent service from beginning to end. Flori was always available for questions and never seemed rushed or impatient. He came when he said he would and stayed in touch with me through the whole process. So nice to know that excellent customer service still exists totally recommend elite roofing

Chimney vent removal
Elite Roofing is excellent! Flori is very responsive and took his time to thoroughly understand what the issue was (& possible options) before and during the free inspection and quote. After looking in the attic and rooftop, he provided a fair price for the removal of an old, partial chimney vent (~20') and availability without any pressure. The work they did to remove the chimney vent was great! They removed most of the metal vent from the rooftop without accessing the 2nd floor of the house or making a mess. The rest was removed from the 1st floor without a mess too. They found other issues with the roofing that the condo property managers and roofers didn't even check when they did their inspection a month earlier (& told me I had to fix it all myself). Elite Roofing's professionalism and quality of work is worth it and I'd definitely hire them again!
