Roofing and SkyLight
Flori was very spontaneous and active in replacing shingles and sky light for my house. I would definitely recommend them.

Roof repair and replacement
What can I say. While u did get 5 quotes, Flori sold the dream and his team made it happen! My job started as a repair from raccoon damage and ended up with a replacement, boards included. Flori and his team are professional, knowledgeable and prompt! He is patient and guided me through the process and provided great pictures all along the way. Would recommend Elite Roofing Inc. for your next roofing project!

Roof tile repair
I was fortunate to have Fliori and Chico respond the same day to my emergency request to repair some shingles that had been blown off by the recent storm. Elite Roofing is a professional, no-nonsense team and, using the extra shingles I had, they made quick work of the repair, just in time for the next storm. Fliori is very knowledgeable and both he and Chico are just all around great guys. A great experience for us, and a great result.

Repair Shingles - Rush Call-out

Repair Asphalt Shingle Roofing
Great guys. Came in the morning, looked at job, gave a price, and said they would do the work in a week. As promised showed up the morning and completed the job with pictures.

Thorough and Reasonable
Flori and Chico did an excellent job of cleaning my gutters, creating & replacing an 8 foot flashing and repairing a faulty eavestrough. They are upbeat professionals who take pride in their work. Before and after photos provided. I highly recommend them.

So impressed!
We were quoted over 500 for a repair that Flori was able to take care of in less than an hour for 350. His work was seemless. He was remarkably kind and thoughtful. I would recommend his services and I have saved his card!

Flat roof
Flori is very friendly and explained the process of what his company would be doing to replace the flat room beforehand. Within a week of the quote he was able to do the work, all in one day. The finished product looks good and of course, you don't know until you discover a leak but I believe it was a very professional and thorough job. My only hesitation in providing a perfect score was that when there were more old layers underneath than anticipated, I was charged an extra $1,000. For a small roof, this seemed a bit excessive to me. Having said that, his quote was quite a bit less than one other quote I received so I wasn't too unhappy to pay the extra one grand.
