We had all our windows replaced and installed by West Coast Windows and are very pleased with the entire process. From the initial appointment to take measurements over providing an accurate and reasonable quote to the delivery and installation of our new windows West Coast Windows delivered exceptional service. We are very satisfied with the performance of our new windows and our house looks fantastic.

We had 4 quotes from 4 different companies for our home. It was obvious after some research that West Coast Windows has the best product at a reasonable price. We are very pleased with the installation and product and would recommend them to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

An very good company to deal with, good prices and an excellent product. The installation began with some confusion but the manager promptly put things back on track and the job was completed on time. The workmanship was excellent and we are very happy with the overall job.

In order to make the necessary improvements to our house to qualify for the Power Smart rebates, one of the items we had to do was replace all our single pane windows with double pane windows. West Coast Windows had a very professional team, they were quick, clean and responsive. They also helped us choose the right windows for our budget without any pressure of upsell. Once the windows were installed, we had a small sealing problem on one window, and they sent a team back in immediately and got it fixed. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family or use them again in the future.

I had four estimates done to replace a number of windows in my house and decided to go with West Coast Windows. Everyone I dealt with was great throughout the whole process (estimate, booking, installation, paying). A highly professional team. I love the windows and the cost was very reasonable. West Coast Windows manufactures an excellent product and their customer service is very good. My only suggestion for them would be to give a follow up call after the installation. My rating is actually 9.5 and I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Very impressed with West Coast windows. The gentleman came to our house to give us the quote. He was very knowledgeable and customized the windows to suit our needs. The day our windows were installed, the crew were very polite and efficient. They were in and out in less than 6 hours and left the house clean.

I had four companies quote on this project; while West Coast Windows wasn't the cheapest by far, I appreciated the straightforward, no-nonsense approach by their representative. I am a health and safety professional, and the safety of their workers is important to me. West Coast Windows was the only one of the four companies who took my questions seriously. The representative also didn't try to make their product seem more valuable by denegrating any other products. In addition, I liked being able to see the windows at their location in Delta - better than looking at a picture. Finally, the fact that their installesr framed the outside of the windows adds a special "curb-appeal" to the renovation. Their installer was very knowledgeable and skilled. A deficiency meeting cleared up a couple of very minor issues. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

They came and replaced all of our windows in one day. Staff were quick, clean and efficient. They cleaned up after and did not leave a mess. We are very happy with the job

The process was pretty painless. We placed the order, our window and patio doors were re-measured for accuracy and installation happened over 2 days about a month later. The installion crew was hard-working and friendly, especially Brock who was running the show. There were some issues for them to work through because some window opening were not square but they handled them with no issues. We did need to have someone come back to look at a couple of small issues and I had to follow up a couple of times to get that scheduled but the work was done this week with no issues. The windows and patio doors look great, function great ... in short, we love them. Be prepared to have to do some paint touch-ups around windows and doors.

West Coast Windows were efficient and friendly. I could not speak highly enough of the great service that they provided us on this project. We will be recommending their service to all of our friends.
