The company is so good over the phone and as in person when the tech comes to the house. They actually know what they are talking about and are very friendly and helpful. I will recommend this company to my friends and families. I am more than happy.

This is the first time ever we have the monitoring system installed and in service! After looking around and getting quotes, we decided to go with The Monitoring Center for our home and we are very happy that we did! The technician (Adam) was professional, very nice and knowledgeable; explained everything after the installation. Looking forward to a long term relationship with TMC!

TMC delivers service that other companies only promise! From the first time I called to inquire about service it was a very pleasant and easy process. The booking was done quickly, answering all of my questions. The installers are very professional and helpful. We were able to improve our system on the same day and cover our garage, a zone that had not been protected in the past. Our first alarm with TMC was when our son accidentally activated the alarm in the garage (not being accustomed to the garage being alarmed) when putting the trash cans back inside as he was leaving. He was already a distance down the road before the sirens went on and too far away to hear it. When TMC called they could not reach us, so they called the police and the police actually came to check our home! That has not ever happened with the others. Our second "alarm" was while we were home, we forgot to deactivate the panel in the morning before opening a window. The alarm went off and we ran to the panel, it was only sounding for about 10 seconds before we got to it. TMC called us without any delay, it was about 3 seconds after we turned it off and the first question they asked was if everything was ok! Again another first!

We will definitely recommend this company to a friend. They were friendly and knowledgeable! The equipment is very easy and user friendly. I feel safe with this new updated equipment.

Excellent service and response time. They were able to use our existing alarm panel to hook up the monitoring and couple of times alarm was triggered I instantly received phone calls to make sure everything was okay. Highly recommended.

I had a not-monitored alarm system and decided to get a full service. After consulting with knowledgeable office staff it became obvious that the existing may or may not be suitable for monitoring due to its age and the approximate upgrade costs was quoted. The highly-experienced technicians appeared at the door right on time and quickly confirmed that the existing system is not usable. Hence, a new main panel and keypads were required and installed expediently and professionally while all the field devices were reused. Upon installation the technicians provided operational instructions. Completely satisfied with the product and services.

These guys did a great job. The technician was fast and friendly, and they were able to use the existing security system installed in the house without issue. Highly recommend them.
