    Great service and pricing

    Service was excellent and very professional. Can’t beat their pricing anywhere I would recommend the monitoring centre to all my friends. Give them a call and see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

    Security System

    Great security system! Low price & great service. Technician was prompt & professional. Explained everything clearly and showed me how the system worked. Comes with motion sensors & door sensors + lcd display.

    TMC Store security set up

    I am opening a new store and installed this security system. It is very helpful to keep track of people coming and going. We have a lot of stock and delivery people coming by this week. This security system allows us to properly monitor the deliveries and helps to keep my mind at peace, knowing my stock and store are guarded and secure.

    Alarm System Set Up

    Adam came on Tuesday to set up our alarm system for our new home. He is nice, on time and attentive to details. He tailored the system to our preference and answered all my questions. He raised some concerns about our existing motion sensor and made some recommendations without up-selling us anything. We have been with The Monitoring Center for more than 10 years and have always been satisfied with their service.

    Implementing TMC at my home

    TMC did a great job hooking into my system. The man who came out was knowledgeable, thorough and fast. I was very happy and pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

    New keypad and set up

    I had a great experience with tmc, they answer the phone promptly and answered all my questions, they made me a quick appointment and the technicians showed up right on time and even a bit early, to say I was more than pleased that I didn't have to wait around all day. Their technicians knew exactly what to do and in a timely manner. Yes I would recommend them and have already

    Home Security

    NOTE: $14.99 includes monthly I.P. service We are now 6 months into having our house security system with TMC and we couldn’t be more happy with it. One of the things that impresses me about TMC, is the human element. In the last 3 months we have had three interactions. The first was when we were contacted when our internet service was temporarily down and we were called. On two other occasions, the latest being yesterday, was when I had a finger malfunction punching in the entry code triggering the alarm. As with the first time, yesterday I knew the phone would ring and it did within a minute … I answered “hello Monitoring Centre, sorry for the finger malfunction” … Joe on the line laughed, verified my name and code, we chatted for a moment and all was well. My point is, in all our communications I feel like I’m talking to a friend, not a stuffy company. All the employees I have encountered from day one have been a joy to deal with while being very professional. Kudos to all the TMC staff.

    Residential Alarm Monitoring

    I was paying over $40 for monitoring before switching. Now I’m paying $9.99/month for the same service. $30 a month adds up over the course of a year! The commercial was right “switching is easy!” The customer service staff was great and the technician that came to the house was awesome. I should have done this years ago!

    Residential Alarm Monitoring

    I had been paying double the amount for many years with a competitive company. In changing, I went from a lower fee, rewards for being a senior citizen, 2 month's free for making a referral and the person who referred me also received two months free.

    Great Savings for our Small Business

    After many years with a competitor we switched to TMC and are completely satisfied with their customer service and alarm monitoring service. We are saving loads of cash for same service requirements needed. We would definitely recommend their services to others.
