    Excellent Service!

    Service code 4476574 - the entire service process was excellent. Our air conditioner went down yesterday. I called Reliance at 8pm and Dave was here by 9:30am The next morning to fix our air conditioner. Today is forecasted to be hotter than 93F, so it was very important to get it fixed. He was very knowledgeable and personable and fixed the unit quickly and efficiently. Thank you!

    Electrical fixes

    Reliance electrical protection plan allowed me to get their service for close to nothing to fix my sockets and plug points. Great service by Cudeem - polite and friendly

    Jesse tech ID 3259 - ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

    I am so satisfied with the customer service and repair done by reliences tech Jesse ID#3259. He was not just courteous and professional as he wore his mask and booties without me having to ask, he was also knowledgeable and diagnosed and fixed my issue so quickly. He also taught me a couple things regarding my furnace and I will never use another tech other then Jesse again. He makes relience worth calling everytime. Absolutely amazing employee!!!! If I could give 100-star rating, I would!!!!

    Worst Hot Water Tank Rental Agreement

    Worst Hot Water Tank Rental Agreement EVER!!! we want to cancel the hot water tank rental and they told me that i have pay $400 plus tax for the cancellation and return of 12 years old hot water tank. The buy out is over $700 for a 12 years old tank. Can you believe that? That is insane!!! We called multiple times and they keep saying that they have to follow the terms and conditions. BUT the terms and conditions of contract is illegal as it didn't follow the consumer protection act.
