Evening of August 14th, hot water stopped working. Three lights were flashing, reset and then in the morning the hot water was back. The temperature valve needed replacement. Joe Green, very tall and polite gentlemen arrived and within 10 minutes the problem was resolved. His service was quick and efficient and we were very impressed.

Leland was super professional, polite, and quick! Thank you so much Leland for fixing the hot water heater without any hassles (and for even explaining what was going on with it!). I wish all repair people where as nice and courteous as you!

Joey D. (#0977) was a pleasure to have come do work in my home. He called to let me know he was coming, he was very polite and he explained everything he was doing. He also apologized a couple times that it took long. I would definitely request for Joey again if I need anything from Reliance. Thank you -- keep up the good work.

Yesterday was August 14,2014 and still summer time but the temperature dropped in my city to 10 degrees Celsius. One of my neighbours had her heat on so I went to put my heat on and it wouldn't work. I froze all night long, but Amber came in the morning 15 minutes before the start time of my appointment to fix the furnace. She found the problem right away and fixed it immediately. She was probably only here for about all of 20 minutes and was very friendly. Her service was quick, correct, prompt and courteous. Thank you Amber for putting my heat back on when I needed it most.

Milad and his brother Amar installed our furnace and air conditioner etc., and did a super job in a timely fashion.Superb young men -polite, respectful, clean and I give them top rating. Many thanks lads.

I'v been with reliance for the last few yours and for the most part have found the service to be fair but in the last week unfortunately the service was quite disappointing, but at the end of it all today I was fortunate enough to get technician Heqiang Zhang come to service my heater he was friendly and extremely thorough he was able to restore my confidence in the company.

THE person who fixed our water heater took about 10 minutes and fixed the water heater perfectly. the persons name was Mr.Otto and he was very friendly. i would recomend this company to other people.

My install crew was amazing Kevin C. And Nick A. are professional and efficient, friendly and knowledgeable at what they do. Because of them I will recommend Reliance in future

Robert #1191019 was great! Very quick clean and professional! Repaired my tankless system and explained the process and what was causing the problems. I called for service on Wednesday afternoon and Thursday morning the problem was fixed. Very happy with the service!
