Excellent installation! The two young men that came worked hard to ensure that I was happy with everything! I am sorry I cannot remember their names but the quality of their work will forever be remembered. They arrived when they said they would on their call ahead. They laid down mats to protect our flooring. The were extremely careful bringing in the new equipment and removing the old. The furnace is smaller but is a higher efficiency and the air conditioner is much larger but again it is higher efficiency. The lads didn't mind me asking questions or watching them work. They wanted to make sure I was in-the-loop during the complete install. They cleaned up after themselves and other than having new equipment, you would not have even known they were here. Well done guys! The young lady, Stephanie, that came out for the sale was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She laid out the process and explained what Reliance had to offer. Her suggestions were greatly appreciated. Her call after the install, to see how things went, was appreciated. Thank you all for a job well done!

My Renaii furnace ( rental) became defective resulting in no heat and hot water in my residence..On June 14th 2022, the Reliance call centre referred the matter to the Service Manager (Anthony) who took immediate action to fix the problem .Three days after, on June 17 2022, a very experienced and efficient Reliance technician came out and replaced the unit (new & upgraded) to my complete satisfaction.

After 10 years of hot water tank on demand The repair man was here an hour at the tops replaced it and left Reliance did not charge me a penny for services I continue to pay my minimal monthly amount

I called Reliance to tell them about by AC that was not blowing cold air. Within 20 minutes Charlie was at my house and in less that an hour I had AC. He took the time to explain what was wrong and even gave it a courtesy cleaning. He also gave me tips on how to keep my AC in tip top condition but most importantly he told me my AC was still under warranty which I did not know and took care of the details. I am so greatful that an uncomfortable morning turned into a great day. Very happy with the service. Thank you Reliance for sending Charlie.

Service Tech was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. He showed up at the specific time and was able to identify the problem immediately.

Water tank leaked this morning, service technician arrived within an hour and service completed in 3 hrs. Workshop is fantastic.

Great service! Very promp and answered all questions. A/C unit stopped working due to a faulty capacitor. Technician swapped out the faulty part and was fixed in less than an hour. Probably would have taken less time but the technician took the time to answer all my questions and I came away much more informed and educated on the HVAC system as as whole. Fantastic friendly service. Highly recommend!

Tajinder did an amazing job replacing the water heater. He was very professional and provided clear instructions after the installation was completed. Will definitely recommend Reliance to family and friends.

I recently had a reverse osmosis water filter installed. The plumber was very friendly and knowledgeable on the product. Whenever I had to call Reliance for problems with my furnace, air conditioner or water tank they were helpful and prompt resolving the problem, either the same or next day.

The technician, Dan, was efficient, kind and prompt. Impressed with his professional manner and the way he explained the process.
