I have inherited a rental water heater agreement from the seller of the property I bought in 2017. I continued to pay 4 more years rent for the unit that was installed in 2008 till my insurance provider advised to replace it ASAP. I decided to terminate the contract but have been told to pay 250$ even if I drop it off at their location for the unit that was paid for 14 years! This is insane and a real rip off !

My dad is very particular when it comes to work being completed at his place and he wanted to express how happy he was with both Greg and his helper. Greg was most helpful and considered to my elderly parents and my dad wanted to mention a job well done. Thank you!

I had a leak in my shower plumbing on an interior wall. Called Reliance and they sent a plumber ( Jordyn) to fix the leak. The young man they sent was very knowledgable and efficient .He was able to remove my fixtures and complete the work with minimal disruption. I found his work to be very professional. I was very pleased with the final bill as I hadnt dissipated it being much more. I have since recommended reliance to my friends for their plumbing needs

Technician diagnosed problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable, polite, helpful and calm. He took the time to show us and explain the problem.

I called today, around 10am because I had no hot water. The man on the phone was kind and very personable. They had availability today, so I took them up on it. I got a nice call about 45mins before the repairman arrived. He was here when he said he would be, fixed the issue quickly and easily, he told me about the problem and the fix, and he offered a little helpful advice. After that, he took some time to discuss and answer some questions I had about upgrading to a tankless unit. It's now only 1pm and I've got hot water. Yay! Thanks for popping by Logan!

HomeStars ratings start today because I received gas water heater venting solution clarification that was on time as booked, expertly explained and to the point. We forgot to measure outdoor plug-in receptacle departure from existing gas venting at 18 inches. Clothes dryer vent departure is 28 inches.
