    Replacement of nuts/bolts

    Jordan came and fixed the issue, extremely satisfied with his knowledge and attitude. Regardless of the issue I had last time this was better.

    Water Heater Service

    I called Reliance at late at night for broker Water Heater Tank. Reliance was able to accommodate me the following morning, 8am. The technician, Emanuel, was amazing from the start. He called to say what time he was arriving. The service that Emanuel was the best that my dad and I have ever had. Emanuel was professional throughout, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issues with the water heater. Emanuel replaced the water heater tank within minutes safely and carefully. We are very thankful for Emanuels service and for Reliances customer service representatives who were all very helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions

    hot water heater

    Hidden forced contract

    Reliance replaced my air conditioning unit last summer. Overall did a great job - prompt and efficient. I received a call 2 days later about automatic enrollment in their protection program. I repeatedly told the sales person I did not want this service and they told me I had to sign up and could cancel after the free month. I again told them I did not want this not to start it and was told again I had to. Subsequent to this $200 in charges built up for a service I did not want nor request. I canceled and contacted reliance who are still insistent I owe the $ 200. I signed no contract nor made any verbal agreement yet they insist I owe them money. I would never use Reliance again and would strongly encourage others not to use them.

    Amazing service!

    Very fast service in on a Sunday, new tank on Monday! Kirk installed the new tank flawlessly, very polite and clean! Great company!

    Installation

    I met with Stephanie, Home Comfort Advisor on Wednesday May 11th. She was extremely knowledgeable, she took her time, explaining things. She was very patient with me. Even offering to do some calculations for me. I never felt rushed, or pushed in anyway. She even called the next day to check and see how the installation was going. Yes thats right. The installation was completed May 12th. Ian and Tim, were wonderful. I felt sorry for them having to work so hard, on such a hot day. They did a fabulous job, cleaned up all the boxes. Even took the old equipment away. Lastly today was Mike, who did my very first service call. He arrived right on time. I was impressed. Thank you Stephanie, Ian, Tim and Mike. You make Reliance proud. Keep up the great work.

    Friendly service very knowledgeable

    Called the booked.an appointed real fast very friendly technician arrived On time and was very efficient he identify an issue I .am very happy with the service thank you

    New hot water tank

    Friday night called Reliance due to got water tank leaking. Arrived at my house by 9:10am Saturday Finished install with a conversion by 11:30am. Good workmanship, friendly and knowledgeable service tech.

    Fixed leaky faucets

    Overall service was ok. Communication needs improvement though. The service status email from Reliance are confusing

    New furnace/ac unit

    Shawn was very friendly and very knowledgeable. He gave excellent recommendations and only sold us what we needed and was very professional. I wish all sales reps were more like Shawn!
