I have to say that I am impressed. We've lived in our house for almost 8 years now, with a water heater rented from RHC. First of all, in that 8 years, this is the first time we've ever had to call with an issue.While there was a bit of a lack of communication between RHC and the contractor (they had given contractor an old phone number even though we gave RHC the new one, and they were not told that we had NO hot water), the contractor showed up prepared to replace our broken-down water heater with a new one, without even having inspected the old one yet. The contractor was very pleasant on the phone, and they came right when they said they would. It took them less than and hour to remove our old one and install our new one. Our first experience with RHC has been a pleasant one, and we trust that your customer service will continue to be the same in the future.
