We called home reliance for a leak in the water heater. Gurmeet was great and very proffesional, fixing everything in less than 5 minutes and recommending great insurance plans! Great!

I have called for an estimation for the waterless heater and Darius Chichgur was the Sales Person he was very professional and explain in details the service. I ended up in buying the whole system. The service was excellent. The sales rep. follow up on the works being done and he will come to check their work. This is very good customer service

After deciding that our Furnace and AC had seen the end of its life, we called Reliance in and Shannon met us at our home. She gave us detailed information and pricing that fit our budget. We are looking forward to having our equipment installed and to being cool this summer.

I had to replace a new furnace which was something I had never done before. While researching quotes, I called Reliance. Jayson Newton arrived promptly at my home the very same day. He was polite and patient as he explained furnace recommendations as well as financing options. He did his best to suit my budget and to deliver a very competitive offer. When he offered next day installation, I felt confident enough to purchase my furnace from him. The sales appointment was towards the end of the day but Jayson diplayed interest and enthusiasm in negotiating the sale. The next morning, Jeff (1023) and Bill (1098) arrived on time and introduced themselves. After they oriented themselves, they proceeded to plan how they would remove and install the new furnace from Reliance. They informed me of their game plan, and proceeded to work through the day. They showed me how to use the programable thermostat as well as how to change the filter. They paid attention to keep a clean workspace by using slipper covers for their boots and placed blue tarp covering to protect my carpet. They disposed of the old furnace. They looked into my questions when I asked about another portion of the job (water heater). These two worked straight thro the job. I don't think they stopped for lunch even! Other Reliance employees visited to drop off or pick up parts or provide expertise. Great team effort to get the job done. Thank you to all!

Having decided that Reliance Home Comfort never followed up on monthly service contracts, I decided to change the whole to a rental where it is their equipment to make sure is running well. Also, I wanted the HVAC system installed in the crawl space. My agent Shannon Townsend was great in making sure all my Air Miles and Ontario grants were filled out. The only think left for her to do is send the invoice for added cost of moving the system that was agreed too.

shannon came to my home at 8 am before my kids had to go to school. she had explained the water heater and had the work complete by 9 am. and they have a next day install! highly recommend.

Yesterday the hot water stopped working around mid day. Reliance sent over Wes the following morning, where he cleaned and fixed our hot water tank quickly and efficiently. Keep up the great work.
