    Hot Water Tank - drain valve leak

    The drain valve on my rental hot water tank has been leaking for a few days now. I called Reliance yesterday afternoon, they had a technician (Otto) at my house this morning. He was professional, and quickly resolved the issue.

    furnace

    We had a problem maintaining the set temperature on our thermostat. A service rep came within 24 hours Found no problem with the thermostat. He then proceeded to check the furnace and found a problem with the p-trap which he cleaned. All is fine now. The technician was courteous efficient and helpful.     Furnace and Central Air

    I had Furnace and Central Air installed and recommended by Ron Cunningham and followed up by Betty Burton. Could not have asked for better service etc. I strongly recommend you contact them for service if needed. Looking forward to many more years using Reliance Home Comfort.

    HVAC maintenance

    The service representative (Dave S.) arrived promptly and quickly assessed the status of our system.Great job, well done and a couple of very helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend the maintenance package to anyone.

    New Hot Water Heater

    My old water heater sprung a leak overnight. Reliance sent a technician first thing in the morning. The technician was a friendly and knowledgeable guy (Wes) who rapidly replaced the old water heater with a new one. There were no charges because the water heater was rented. Great job all around!

    Hot Water heater

    Steve from Flan Air which is a contracted company for Reliance was very knowledgeable about hot water heaters. He was patience, friendly, and took the time to answer all my questions. Superior service! Thanks Steve.

    furnace and ac

    After my installation time was cancelled 3 time's. With my wife being laughed at and hung up on and when the company that Reliance got to do the job was trying to get payed under the table for part of the job. We got the furnace in. Ya dont deal with this company run. We were told that a newer furnace and ac would be better then what we had boy were they wrong. After 4 days off work to get it done we got two free months lol. What a slap in the face.

    water heater replacement

    I would like to thank Reliance employees Trevor & Ryan for their recent timely responses to our water heater leak & subsequent replacement, including a water catchment tray which we paid for as an investment we hope will help mitigate any water leakage damage in the future. Both reps were polite, efficient & respectful of our property.

    Hot water tank, furnace, AC replacement

    Discovered my rented hot water tank leaking Tuesday morning. By Wednesday evening, got a new water tank replacement, but also paid to have furnace and AC replaced. The first led to the other two because the need to have exhaust pipes replaced, and the government rebate. As soon as I reported the water tank leak, I got a tech to come in before noon, who soon got a reliance rep to come in once I told him I had booked someone to come in for an assessment that coming weekend. A rep showed up over lunch, and in the next two hours it became a major purchase which would get settled by the end of the next day. Obviously there was incentive by the rep to minimize hassle on my end since I bought the furnace & AC, but I was very impressed in her efficiency in getting installation lined up the next day, minimizing the down time. The installations had its shares of complications, but by early evening Wednesday the installers were gone, and the only things left that needed patching up were two 12"x8" holes in the basement ceiling. I was particularly impressed with: - The installers showed up promptly at 8:15am, did a VERY clean job. No scratches on the wall etc. We had to sweep after they were gone, and that was it. - There was an issue with AC electrical wiring, initially the installers were just going to leave the power unhooked up, but they finally got an electrician in to redo the wiring at no extra charge, and without cutting up my basement ceiling - The sales rep called several times during the day, making sure things are progressing nicely, and made arrangements when it looked like the hot water tank wouldn't get installed on the same day - Everyone involved was professional and nice. Would I do it again? Well, I hope I wouldn't have to buy another furnace and AC again. But I definitely would recommend these guys to friends and family.
