I had no hot water and I called Reliance Home Service and they sent a technician named Othmane Kanouni. Othmane pluged in the water heater and knew exactly what the problem was right away and replaced the water temperature control part and was very efficient and fast and explained what happened. Othmane was mannerly and courtious throughout the time he spend for the service call and I was very pleased with the service.

Why do I have to pay $100 to Reliance if I remove and deliver their water tank to them. I just purchased my home in May of 2013 and I am told I am no longer under contract for the tank.

Team # 1659 (Ryan & Jon) did a fantastic install of the new furnace & AC unit, they were very efficient & clean up after the work was done. They were great in going over all the controls and settings which made for great customer service. Thanks

Saleem Malik from Reliance Home Comfort came to my house to do a inspection on my water heater and talked to me about upgrading to a tank-less water heater to save energy and for a more efficient water heater. Thanks to him i will be saving a lot of energy and I will be getting a much more efficient water heater.

Your representative # 5278 Peter came by yesterday for an annual service inspection of our air conditioner and furnace. I simply wanted to say how professional, polite and courteous he was. I work in customer service and have done so for a number of years and must say you are very fortunate to have him as an employee. Othmane Otto Kanouni detected the water tank problem very quickly. Replaced parts with efficiency, very friendly and clean. Professional would definitely recommend to my friends, great service, very fast and punctual.

Jason M. arrived within the time expected. He explained what was wrong, fixed the problem and explained what I could do in the future to avoid the problem. He even used shoe covers.
