Early morning on cold winter day see that house thermostat is showing 16 degrees on a freezing day. Called Reliance home comfort and they realized the sense of urgency to fix the furnace. And by evening we had Adam Walker, technician from Reliance home comfort walk and quickly turn around the issue and resolve the issue at our hands. Wanted to thank the Reliance home comfort appointment scheduling agent and the technician.

Our water heater is leaking all over our basement, starting to get into the finished portion of our basement. Called Reliance, our water heater company that we rent our water heater from in the early evening, told nobody can come until the next day - 24 hours later! I miss the old Union Energy, they would have been here asap. So it is supposed to keep leaking water all over our basement all night? What kind of service is that?

Tech informed us that the rental water heater probably should be replaced, but we need to contact a third party and bring install up to code on the product that reliance installed. We are left confused and wondering if it would just be prudent to purchase our own water heater and ask reliance to remove the old (possibly dangerous) one; that belongs to them. I thought that the point of renting a water heater meant that there would be no worries about it. (signed) B. Cordes

My water heater and furnace both broke down last night. My water heater is rental and my furnace was covered under protection plan. Tech Mehul came to fix it next day. He rightaway realize that something was wrong with venting pipes because both units broke down same time. He quickly checked and found that some kids threw small stones and send inside vent. He cleaned it and both units started working right away. He is very knowledgeable and polite. Thanks for great service. I will recommend it to everyone.

Jonathan was courteous and I liked being called before he arrived. That night our hot water heater was leaking from the tap. Lucky I got up in the night to discover the mess in the laundry room! My husband was able to fix it but he called the problem "a rookie mistake". No problems since.

Installer joe petitti team member 2310 was very professional, courteous and efficient. the hot water tank installation and old tank removal went very well. He checked and double checked everything he did and made sure new tank operated efficiently. Good job Joe..great service Reliance

I recently purchased a new furnace with Reliance. I had a lot of questions for my sales rep., and she was very patient with me. (Thanks Shannon!) She did the research that I asked and solved my problems. I also did my research... Reliance had the competition beat on price by about $1000. Furnace install was professional. Ian was an expert at his craft and he went beyond the call of duty. He told me his work philosophy is "to install it like you were installing it in your own home". Furnace is working great.

Woke up Friday morning to no hot water. Called Reliance around 3 p.m. and was told that someone would be here between 4 and 8 p.m. that evening. When John called ahead, he asked what the specific problem was so he brought in the equipment he needed. He was courteous, helpful and friendly. We had hot water again that evening. Very impressed.

Ed (#8255) called in advance before attending our home today, which was appreciated. He went above and beyond by repairing an issue with the hot-water tank, which was not scheduled. He also offered valuable information on how to maintain our equipment, specifically the drainage system attached to the furnace, A/C & central humidifier. He is a very knowledgeable, professional and friendly Technician.

Richard from Reliance came by very soon after the call and solved the issue shortly after that. He was very polite and a pleasure to do business with. Thanks Reliance!
