Excellent customer service received from Jayson Newton! Wish every business I dealt with offered this type of service and expertise. The contractors were tidy and efficient. Jayson followed up immediately following the installation to make sure all was well, which it certainly is! Less than 48 hrs and we have a new furnace and tankless water heater and no surprises! Thank-you!

Our water tank was serviced by Allen Batur today. Excellent job, he was friendly, courteous, and repaired and crack quickly and efficiently. We were very pleased with the job done.

My water heater was not working last night, then i contacted reliance service, they send Giancarlo Burdi and Ringo Lau to my house today in time. they fixed the issue so quickly. they are so nice and did a good job.

I realized that my water heater is not working properly since this morning. Then I called Reliance and they sent over Wesley, who fixed the problem right away and he did wonderful job.

The technician Rock C. arrived on time, was very friendly, explained the problem and what he was going to do, then took the time to walk me through the bill when he was finished. Great job!

I woke up this morning to a cold shower I noticed my hot water tank light was flashing I called reliance and they sent over West number 2491 to look at my water tank he let me know that because I just painted my floors a sensor was going off you show me how to clear this answer and solved all my problems Thank You reliance

Randy was very polite and friendly. He diagnosed the problem ASAP and was also very knowledgeable in other products, services and warranties. Happily, there was no fee because we have furnace insurance :)

Very pleased with the service I received from Reliance technician Adam W. He arrived on time, worked quickly, and was so very nice! He even went above and beyond by answering some of my non-service related question, teaching me a few things about my thermostat and even changing the filter for me. Job well done - Thanks so much Adam :)

We recently had our furnace repaired by Joe D'Onofrio from Reliance Home Comfort. Joe was very curteous and professional. He knew what the issue was (ignitor breakedown) immediately and explained the issue upfront and what needed to be done. Luckily for us he had an new spare ignitor that he was able to put in and our furnace was back on in no time. I will gladly call/recommend Reliance/Joe for any future HVAC needs.

Brendan Murray was hands down the best representative I could have possibly dealt with. I spent a lot of time researching various companies & Reliance was hands down the best. So professional and efficient. Install Tech (Mike) was so informative and helpful. Thanks again!!
