Hello, I just want to say a big thank you to Mr. Allen Batur at Reliance for his careful and helpful work on our water tank. Also thank you Reliance for hiring a competent worker as Allen to help us.

I called in to have someone come in to check our furnace as we were consistently having our furnace shut off during the night and would not maintain the set temperature on the thermostat. We had Asif B. come in today and I could not have been more happy with the service. He was incredibly insightful not only in identifying the problem right away, but as well as in his explanations of what the cause was. He went above and beyond by even explaining to me about error codes and how they help in identifying the general issue with the furnace. He also did a check on our water heater while he was here, even though we did not request for that service! He was very genuine in trying to help fix the issue and a tremendous help. Asif is definitely a 10/10 in his line of work and a positive portrayal of Reliance. If it was possible, I would request specifically for Asif to come assist us in any of our heater/AC issues! Thank you so much Asif!

Bradley came in to do some simple maintenance on our water heater. Very friendly, got the job done quick, in about twenty minutes. Reliance provides solid service and definitely cares about their customers satisfaction

your lovely technician "Wes" was fabulous and fast. Great service thank you for being here so quickly. As yucky the weather outside is he was very professional when coming in. very clean and nice!

We called for service as the water went suddenly cold and then appeared to correct itself. Technician Wes Lloyd showed lots of competence and professionalism and was accurate and reliable in his assessment of the situation delivering outstanding service.

Thank you Mohammed for your timely and professional service. I called in the issue regarding my rental heater not working at 6:50pm and Mohammed was at the house within a half hour. He answered all of our questions and explained what he was doing when asked. We appreciate the quick service that you provided to have our house restored with hot water. Thank you again!!
