My 16 yrs Furnace died, I call 3 contractors. of all 3 reliance offered more warranty 10 parts & labor and the price was the most competitive as well ($500 less). The sales man Hamid did a nice job in explaining the size and feature i needed from the furnace.( a 2 level 60-100 split) his advice saved me from installing an oversize unit which would have impacted my gas bill. Abraham the contractor was knowledgeable and answer all my question concerning the technical aspect of the furnace. they did a clean job. I will keep an update review about the performance of the furnace, dehumidifier and after sale services (warranty)

very knowledgable and polite.explained the problem and gave me all my options. would deal with him again.very refreshing to talk to some one who knows when you are not an expert on all of the equipment to run your home.

We happen to be without heating in a cold Saturday night. I called reliance (24/24) and someone replied immediately. Adam from the support came around noon the next day. They couldn't have been quicker and more helpful. Thanks reliance. Because with a protection plan, we did not pay anything

Our furnace broke and we called reliance. Mark came out the next day to do an inspection for a possible repair. Because of the age and make of furnace his recommendation was to replace. He waived the $90 inspection fee because in his words "he didn't do anything". A sales woman named Zuzana was here within half an hour to do the necessary paperwork to purchase a new furnace and she called to schedule installation between 8 and 10am the next morning. Unfortunately the work order was not submitted properly and the installers showed up at 1pm. John and Danny put red floor runners down to soak up the water and salt from their boots. They also asked for a broom and dustpan to sweep up the drywall dust from drilling to run wires. The installation was completed in under 3 hours. Extremely happy with the service despite the mix up with scheduling, What more could we ask for as far as time line and professionalism goes. Very grateful to the entire team for getting our furnace replaced so quickly since we have two small children, and making sure we knew how to use the equipment we now have before leaving.

Ryan and John were very friendly and efficient. You have great people representing your company. Thanks for the great service guys! I hope to have these guys back in the spring to install the air conditioner.

Joe Green was awesome! If someone like him had been sent in the beginning, our saga wouldn't have lasted a week. Joe came in, understood the exactly problem, and fixed it quickly, and professionally.

Chris Shaw was the technician that came to our house to fix the water heater. he was excellent in how he communicates to me and the work that has been done was excellent.

my furnace quit on the coldest day of the winter. They were here and fixed it and ordered new part. It quit again and they were here pronto and fixed it permanently.quickly.

I noticed a hissing noise being emitted from my furnace. I was concerned about a potential gas leak. I called Reliance and they immediately dispatched a technician to my house. The technician was very efficient. She changed a few parts and assured me that we were safe.

Othmane Kanouni, Mississauga Branch, Otto provided a very good service, i highly recomend him, he is very knowledgable and nice. He knows a lot about water heaters and such. You can ask him questions about the furnace and the a/c as well.
