I had a problem with the pilot light and they came fixed it by getting a replacement part so that the system would work properly and allow the water to be heated

Just had Chris Shaw come and fix our hot water tank. Chris called to confirm the appointment, arrived on time and was extremely courteous. He fixed our hot water tank quickly and effectively. Very satisfied customer here :)

Arrived home around 2 p.m. to hear the sound of water running in the basement. Discovered the hot water tank had developed a leak so I shut off the water and gas supply to the hot water tank. Called Reliance service number and they had a technician at my front door in about 2 hours after I called. The technician was Ryan Clancy from the London depot. He was courteous and pleasant to deal with. In about an hour he had our hot water tank replaced and we had hot water by 8 p.m. Excellent response time! Keep up the good work!

Today I had a visit from Mike Rees from reliance Home Comfort. He replaced our old water heater. He was professional, corteous and very supportive and caring. It was a pleasure to deal with a nice guy like him. Way to go, Mike!

I would like to comment on the Home Comfort Advisor, Melany Jeffs, and compliment her on a fantastic presentation and her help in all aspects of the purchase of my new furnace and central air unit. Melany went far beyond my expectations and her help was truly appreciated. Thanks Dan

Gurmeet was very helpful and knowledgable. He cleaned the sensor and serviceed the tank. He also called while enroute to ensure I was home. He was also very polite and helpful.

Times like this, I'm happy we rent our tank from Reliance. The service was impeccable. Ringo Lau did a great job on our water tank. Not only was he punctual, but professional and explained to me the issues. He fixed it, and now we have hot water once again!

mr. wasay showed up at house 1/2 hour before scheduled time, great! watertank leaked at tank drain, repaired with new part in 10 min, no mess, no leaks. friendly service, polite and professional. cheers. [monthly bill $25.].

Called Reliance and had a return call from contractor within 30 mins, arrived shortly after that at my home and fixed the water heater. Total time was less than 1 hour on a snowy saturday morning! Great job!

My old furnace was was making a weird noise once a while so I called Gurmeet to take a close look and he suggested that it would last ling and needs to be replaced. It happened the following day it was one of the coldest night my furnace broke down and I ended up replacing my furnace, air conditioning and installing tankless water tank all from Reliance Home Comfort. I am very happy with the service and the genuine advice given by Gurmeet and his team.
