Cancelled my account in December and continue getting bills. After 3 or 4 phone calls I get told that I cancelled one part of the account but not the other and that is my responsibility to have known this, even after several phone calls. It is laughable.... and quite obviously a shakedown. Avoid this sham company at all costs. Find another maintenance company.

Brad came out and installed a new hot water tank. He was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions. He took extra time to walk me through all of the work he did, and explain how it works. Would recommend this company and especially if you got Brad for install. Thanks again.

Excellent service from Ryan and his colleague on this service call. They looked at all the equipment, including the humidifier and HRV, and recommended proper maintenance care to ensure efficient functionality of units. They went above and beyond the regular service call. It was a pleasure dealing with them.

We had a leaking water heater and the technician that came was extremely helpful in resolving the issue quickly. He explained the cause of the leak, fixed the leak quickly and also educated us about a protection plan that would help us to protect our home long-term. Greatly appreciated!

Have the maintenance plan on our furnace, so this was at no charge. The service technician Andy did the checkup. He was punctual, professional and knowledgeable. He was also patient in listening and understanding my questions. He gave me good feedback. Andy finished the job within the specified time given, did a great job and was not rushed considering it was mid afternoon and I had to pick up my son from school soon.

John was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable, efficient, clean and thorough. He took the time to show me what hed done, explained his findings and even educated me on a couple of HVAC related dos and donts. Its very evident that he takes great pride in his work!! I was very happy and super impressed with his service.

The service technician was very thorough and experienced. He explained the areas where necessary for the customer to know where the furnace and humidifier are concern. Good job
