    hot water issue ,, no hot water Andrew was excellent and needs to be brought to his supervisor attention

    WE JUST BOUGHT 29 FEHERSTON LANE IN KEMPTVILLE AND HAD NO HOT WATER.. ANDREW WAS AWESOME AND GAVE US SOME REQUIREMENTS TO HELP US TO GO FORWARD. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

    A/C tune up and servicing

    Excellent service. Technician (Jake) was very knowledgeable and efficient. Answered and resolved all a/c issues. Would highly recommend Jake and Reliance Holmes for their professionalism, reasonable cost, and expertise.

    Toilet Repair

    Jordyn was efficient and knowledgeable, he explained what happened and why without mansplaining, and how it was going to fix it. Would 10/10 use Reliance again.

    Hot water tank leak

    My hot water tank was leaking and caused damage to some walls, carpet and baseboards. The technician, T. Richie member 112628 was excellent. He made the assessment and replaced the part. He will also file a report for the damages incurred during but the leak. Very professional and courteous.

    Toilet repair

    Nathan and Mike does a Fantastic job fixing the toilet. They explained everything in laymen terms which helped me make right decision. They were pleasure to work with.

    Plumbing services

    The technician Tommy was very knowledgeable and quick in resolving our hot water pressure issue on the kitchen sink. Extremely polite too. I definitely recommend the Plumbing services from Reliance! I pay a monthly amount to be covered for eventual plumbing issues and I'm happy with the services they provide.

    Relocation of Air Conditioning Unit

    I called Reliance to book a technician to relocate my air conditioning unit from the backyard to side of the house. I was very specific and spoke to two costumer service reps to reiterate that the job needed to be completed that day. I was provided reassurance it would be done on Friday. On Friday, the technician arrives after waiting 3hrs and tells me that he was booked to offer a quote only and he did not have the available tools to do the job. I again, reiterated that this job was time sensitive and needed to be done before Monday. He called Reliance and booked another appointment for today, Sunday from 8am to 1pm. He also reassured me that the job will be completed. It is now 12:30pm and I just received an email stating my service order was complete. I called Reliance and the customer representative said there is no technician to do the job today. I am very disappointed at the lack of professionalism and reliability of this company. I wouldve booked another company had I known this job could not be completed. I spoke to 3 separate people and all three reassured me that I did not need to worry. At the very least, someone should have contacted me 8am to inform me that a technician was not available, as opposed to having me wait the 4hrs for a technician to not show up.
