Furnace Repair
My furnace required a blower motor. A technician was in to replace another part and could hear the obvious grinding/vibration of the motor. The technician advised it would need to be replaced before it seized. The part was on back order according to the call center when I called back a week later as I had not heard from the technician. The call center on three seperate occasions advised that they would have someone call me back regarding the part/service. No calls were returned and the motor was not replaced for over a month despite several calls to the call center. Once I got past the call center and on to customer resolution I spoke with ANDY who was very helpful and assured me the issue would be resolved within the next couple days. Less than 24 hours later the technician with motor in hand attended my address. The technician SHAE was apologetic for the incident on behalf of the company. SHAE was professional, polite, and helpful. ANDY and SHAE and the call center call takers, who remained polite even though I was angered by the situation, are the reason's I will remain a customer with Reliance.
