Tim & Jay started at 8:00 am removing old unit , then each started install .Their work is first class very neat ,very professional they work well together. I noticed they did little extras in their work which really shows. They protected our entrance & left no mess at all, We want to thank Francis Haight for his recommendations & Cindy Menzies for her expertise. Needed new for both.... paid for both.... a/c works great.... furnace condensate reservoir constantly overflowing. .. been trying to call for 3 days (sat. - Mon.) Phone has been busy or no answer every time. If they can't get this fixed soon... my flooring will be completely ruined.

I am very dissatisfied. I don't have hot water from three days and I am calling since three days. they including supervisor just promising but no one is showing up and I am calling to get update but I didn't receive any single call from them. They have no control on their contractors. I am thinking to buy outright or go with company and I will never recommend Reliance to anyone.

Knowing the ages of both our mid-efficiency furnace (16 yrs) and our air conditioning unit (19 yrs) and considering other home renovations we were completing, my wife and I decided to have Reliance come to our home and advise us on heating and cooling options. The consultant's name was Amy Anderer. She came to our home as a friend, not a sales person. Amy professionally provided answers to all of our questions and made her recommendations. Not one detail was missed throughout the entire installation and there were other contractors working around our home at the same time. Perhaps a little more than a year after the project was completed I had a couple of questions for Amy and I felt that perhaps an email would suffice. My concern was answered within minutes and a solution was presented which was more than satisfactory. Amy had the Reliance Service Department contact me to set up an appointment. The time and date were perfect for me and the technician was here when he said he would be. The check-up, repair and filter issue were corrected at no cost to me. Amy Anderer has proven to be the kind of a sales person who does not forget her clients once the job is finished. Thank you, Amy. You are a joy to deal with. Reliance has proven to be the kind of a company I will continue to do business with.

Reliance saved my family from being without heat and hot water for two days, possibly more. I was originally with an unmentioned company, and it took two days for a technician to come to say they can't fix it, and that I would have to wait an additional 5 days for them to replace the tankless water heater. That was not going to happen since it's winter and it's 4 days before Christmas. I called Reliance and someone came to my home to assess the situation, and on the same day had someone install a new tankless water heater. Both the installers and the assessment person were super nice. I Ninja drop kick that other company out of my house.

On the 18th of December 2013. My hot water tank started leaking and I had a small flood in the basement. Michael Mascoll 2468 came to check on the tank and he was very friendly and polite. He advised the tank would have to be replaced, but the gas venting pipe had to be upgraded first, which I did myself. The next morning another service tech got the tank running so I had hot water. On the 20th of December, Michael came back to change out the tank, quickly, and laid out mats on the floor, to make sure my floors stayed clean. Very happy with his service and he came in the four hour service window

Mohammed #2475 attended for rental water heater: no hot water and no water pressure. Immediately said it was a mixing valve (outside the rental coverage service) and would not fix the problem which was the water heater restrictors. Did not fix problem. I asked about heating plans..he gave me info. One week later I find out I was enrolled by him. very unprofessional. Water heater still not fixed. Had plumber in and he confirmed restrictors in water heater. Mix valve removed and still same problem (Wasay was thus WRONG).Service date set for another day 10-2...they never showed up. Now another service date set.

I called reliance as water heater in my house was leaking .to my surprise the service technician Mr Gurmeet singh was quick in response.very humble and very much skilled in his job .he explained me the problem and quickly fixed the problem.his guidance regarding water heater and furnance is really appreciated.and will surely consider the proctection plan at later date.once again than you so much to Mr gurmeet for well done service and also to reliance services. thanks Ravi lakhanpal

Service was prompt , friendly and very helpful. Zack (Thunder Bay) is a very competent employee. The water heater was broken when we awoke this morning and was repaired first thing in the afternoon.

I am very happy with the service I received today. I was having problems with my water heater and was told s tech would come and have a look at it today between the hours of 10am to 2pm, Mehul the tech was here at approximately 10 15am which was really great and was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the problem was after a few tests and explained also to me what was going on which felt really good since in the past the techs would just come fix the problems and leave. He also explained how to prevent the problem from reoccurring and what to do if it dose happen again. Thanks for the fast and wonderful experience and for teaching me something new about water heaters. Very satisfied.
