On Christmas day our furnace did not start until the circuit breaker was reset. We operated it throughout the day and Adam L. arrived promptly at 7:00 am the next morning. It turned out that I should have checked the furnace filter so that the heat sensor would not cause a cut out. It was good to get the all clear on the furnace.

My hot water tank stopped working on Christmas day 2013!! Reliance Customer Care arranged for a technician within 24 hours. Gurmeet Singh came on Boxing day and had the problem resolved quickly and efficiently. He was most courteous, kind and a life saver. I am expecting 25 people for dinner..Thank you so much!!!

I had no hot water on Christmas day and called reliance and they came the next day.Josh was awesome ,explained what had happened ...asked him about hot water in demand and again very helpful...excellent customer service

No hot water on Christmas Day. Thanks to reliance I got there technician at my door in the morning. Mr. Gurmeet came and finish the job quickly. He was friendly and knowlegable. Leave no mess behind and very professional. He also explain me about reliance plan to protect my furnace breakdown. Great and fast service. Thanks to Gurmeet to save my day.

We run out of hot water and it was dec 25 . I thought no one going to come but to my surprise reliance send a technician Gumeet in the morning to save my day. Gurmeet was very knowledgeable and find the fault at the door before even looking at it and bring the part from truck. He was right when we go to the tank. He replaced the part quicklyy and explain me why it happen. I am very impressed with the service and also sign up for protection plan. I wish I know this before and would have saved 500 dollars I spent on changing the furnace board. I would recommend Gurmeet to my friend for service.

Kelly Gilkinson from Reliance was very helpful in explaining the benefits of a Tankless Water Heater she helped us put our minds at ease. Great job, so far the hot water is flowing great.

Steve Campbell came to the home od Dilys Hamments and was very persistant in finding the problem with her furnace. awesome job - he needs a raise. Dilys is 92 and alone and needed TLC He came Dec 24th. There had 2 previous service calls prior Thanks Steve

The hot water was not coming out of any of our taps and showers so we called Relliance and they sent technician Gurmeet and fixed the problem in a few minutes. We are happy with the job they did. Gurmeet was a friendly, helpful experianced technician.

We did not have water and it was an inconvenience. I called and an appointment was made for 4-8P.M. The service person Gurmeet called before the time and arrived early to repair problem. Gurmeet was courteous and friendly he made the repairs while explaining what he was doing and why. In no time he had parts off and new parts on. He knew his job . He was competent. Thank you for the great service and for responding to my call so quickly.

Kelly Gilkinson came to my house after I contacted Reliance about a promotion for tankless hot water heaters. She was punctual, friendly and knowledgable. She followed up ASAP about the booking date for the contractor and followed up on the installation within a day! My referral bonus's were processed fast as well, nice to get some extra cash! Very satisfied with the whole deal.
