I just wanted to say a big thanks to Joe Green for his service call is week. Our water heater has been malfunctioning and he was able to fix in in about 5 minutes. He called to say he was on his way and was there before the time he estimated. He was very knowledgable and kind. He answered all of my questions about how to maintain the equipment and was well versed in all of the appliances that we have with Reliance. We have the protection plan so the cost was $0. Thank you Joe. Much appreciated!

Wes (#2491) is very knowledgeable and willing to share his knowledge with me. Explain in details the problem of the hot water tank and fix it at a timely manner. Thanks

The Technician Tim Henbrey was extremely professional and courteous. Before the installation he explained what he would do. The installation went flawlessly and he took the time to show me the new equipment and review the operational and safety features of the product. This is the way to do business.I was very impressed and would glady recommend your company to my neighbours and friends.

I had a problem with my hot water (it wasn't warming up the night before). I called Relliance and they sent down Gurmeet (Employee #2473). He carefully checked the problem and to mine and his surprise there was a leak in side of the heater. Gurmeet did an excellent job and worked very efficiently to get it fixed. He also explained how the heater works and exactly why/how the heater was leaking. Very Satisfied!

I was very pleased with the technician that serviced our furnace she spent time cleaning and checking our furnace the best it has ever been checked I rate tech amber fong #1620 as 10 out of 10

These guys are terrible, booked an appointment for annual service on my furnace yesterday from 7am-11pm but never show up. Called them again, re-booked today from 10am-2pm, still no show. I paid over 300 bucks to these guys for lousy service like this and this is not the first time happened to me, wondering why I am still with them. Imagine if my furnace break down in the -30C. Last time same thing happened when my water heater broke, a contractor from another company for reliance showed up a day later from the original scheduled promised time for the repair after many phone calls to beg them come over. Each time all they saying is to send an e-mail to the on route contractor to call me but never did. This is it, time to move on to their competitor, I have nothing to loose but these lousy R E L I A N C E!

Reliance sent Angelo to service our furnace, he was very professional and friendly.Very thurough, Angelo went above & beyound to save us money ad we are very greatfull. Thanks Angelo

I just cannot believe Reliance has an average of 8.5 in reviews. I can honestly say that I have NEVER been treated so poorly by a company, CONSISTENTLY. They are on complete different pages. I'm trying to leave them but I am just stuck with them....... Stay away.
