Joe and Andreaw did an excellent, quality job replacing our water heater today. They took pride in a job done well. Very pleasant to deal with. Joe helped work through questions we had with Sales and Customer Service.

I had Home Comfort Advisor Murray Stark to my house to give me a proposal for a new furnace and air conditioning unit. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Reliance. I was very happy with the proposal, and was given all the tools necessary to make a decision. My experience with Matthew was extremely plosives and beneficial. He went totally out of his way to make sure I was pleased with the service, and had a gre at attitude even though it was at the end of his shift. Great guy, great service, great company! I found a leak in the water tank this morning and immediately called Reliance. They had a team out by the afternoon and the tank was replaced quickly and efficiently. Thank you, Nathan Wallace.
