Hello: I like to compliment on Mr. Murray Stark - Home Comfort Advisor from London. I find Mr. Stark's service very practical! When he provides me quotes for the price of the furnace, he is right to the point and understands my need and budget. The other thing which is exceptional is that he noticed my water heater is leaking and goes an extra mile to suggest I should call for service! I really think he is a great advisor, thinking like a customer!!

My water heater was leaking and the technician who came out originally messed it up and switched the tank and this tank required a new piping thing. I had to fork up $175+ and the leak was not resolved. I was pissed and called to get this issue fixed.

Excellent service!!! I had no hot water Sunday morning - I called Reliance and there was a technician at my door within 2 hours. The technician David Tran of Flan-Aire replaced the part and I had hot water within the hour. Thank you David for amazing customer service.

Being a home owner to this house for almost 20 years now. I seriously had no idea about heating and cooling what so ever. And truthfully I figured as long as my Older furnace was working and keeping us warm up until last year everything was good but it wasn't. It was time to purchase a new one so... We were told it was about time to "rent to own" a furnace from Reliance. Murray was my Knight and Shining Armour" :) this wonderful Man did a great job of explaining the different products available. He made Us feel so comfortable and helped Us understand the big technical terms of what we were looking at. We felt confident in making the decision to purchase a NEW furnace especially with winter just right around the corner. He also made all the arrangements of having the installers Sherry & Dean come to our home with in a few days to remove the old furnace and put in the new one. I must say they were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend Murray Stark from London, Ontario to anyone. Thank you!

Ian, was very through in explaining the process of installing the Humidifier and what to look for in Winter and summer months. Very knowledgeable in answering and explaining how to work and maintain the Humidifier. Also, I like the quick same day follow-up from team leader to show up and check work. Great job!

We have owned this home for 5 years, and upon purchase, found out that the furnace was approx. 18 yrs old. We have been looking at options for the last couple of years, but didn't really know how to go about it. I knew the cost of replacing both furnace and air conditioning is significant, but was unaware of the payment options available. Dean Timpany of Reliance Home Comfort was very helpful. He gave me a very informative presentation on the options available to me, and set my mind at ease regarding the financing of the project. I was very pleased with the final offer he presented. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and would highly recommend Dean Timpany to anyone looking at replacing their old furnace.

Just recently I had gotten my hot water tank replaced and the initial service that was completed on it had caused me some issues. The first technician had done a fairly good job at replacing the tank but he failed to solder the copper piping accurately and the next morning there was water everywhere in the small room. This morning I had another technician by the name of Gurmeet Singh #2473 arrive at my home first thing in the morning and he was very kind and understanding of the situation i was facing and had apologized for the inconvenience we were facing on behalf of Reliance Home Comfort. He engaged with me in very great conversations and before he began his work he explained to me about the process he will undertake. After he was completed with the job he explained once again as to where the leak was coming from and how he had repaired it. He did an excellent job and I am very well pleased and satisfied with his work and attitude towards me. I would recommend to other Reliance Home Comfort customers that if you call for repairs or services to ask for Gurmeet Singh #2473 and believe me you will be as impressed as i was.

Being a frist time home owner i had no idea about heating and cooling what so ever and but yet my bad luck keep coming up. My furnace would not work so was told about renting a furnace from reliance they sent out this wonderful person to talk to us about things and how it all work she made us feel so confortable and help us understand the big technical terms of what we were looken at . To have someone come to your home and walk u threw all steps needed and make arrangements to have some one there as soon as possible was wonderful. I would recommend Loanna Moreton From Belleville ontario to go into anyones home to to talk to u about your needs.
