    Hot Water Tank & AC

    Reliance Home Comfort sent Saul from Flan Air to look at the Hot Water tank leak. He identified the problem quickly and made calls so arrangements can be made to replace it immediately. At the same time, he offered to look at our AC unit and had identified that it also needed replacement. He informed us of services we were unaware of that saved us money as well as providing tips/advice on what filters to use for various times of the year in order to save costs. Saul was very professional. I highly recommend using Saul from Flan Air.

    hot water heater

    I found I had a leak in my hot water heater and immediately called Reliance. Customer service was very helpful, and my concerns were dealt with in a timely fashion. Allen Bater, the service man, came when promised, and solved the problem.

    Hot water heater

    No hot water on Thanksgiving Sunday. I could have toughed it out, but had company from Sweden arriving on the holiday Monday....made the phone call. As promised, Glen from Seasons Change Mechanical called back in 20 min, and was at my door in a half hour. Took a little figuring, elbow grease and persuasion to get the 'ol girl running again.....but Glen pulled it off. A big than you to excellent service all around!

    Furnace & Air Condition Inspection

    Adam Walker came over within the time frame Reliance had booked him .He did his tune-up on the Furnace and Air Conditioner and gave me a sheet detailing everything that he had done. Adam was neat polite and efficient great job Reliance keep up the good work..

    hot water tank and furnace

    The contracted services of GO Heating saved me a lot of time. Dave in the office was in contact with me constantly on updates. Peter C. Doug D and Glen all installed a new hot water on demand in a very tight space with no problems. They all found and fixed problems that had plagued my house for years. On top of it, really really nice guys.

    Heater Repair

    We woke up this morning to find our heat had shut off during the night. We called Reliance at 8:15 and their guy Rick 0861 was here by 10:30. He identified and fixed the problem (a wire in the thermostat). He also identified a problem with the fan motor, which was on the verge of failing due to a known problem with our model of furnace. He verified that he had time on his schedule, and that the part was locally available, and repaired the fan for us before it failed. The fan is now much quieter. Rick 0861 was a total professional, and explained everything to me very clearly. He was a pleasure to work with. I would give him my highest rating for his individual performance. I give Reliance as a company 4 out of 5 stars because their installation of our furnace has generated two service calls for shutdown heat within three years, although both are thankfully warrantied repairs. But it's okay if things go wrong because they fix it promptly and under warranty.

    New High Eff Furnace & New Aircon

    When me and my wife decided to change our very very old furnace and airconditioner we really need to do a research because of the cost involved. There are almost 10 different HVAC companies that came to the house assessed the situation. I was very hesitant to commit to any of them because we are staying in a townhouse with very strict regulations about everything that needs to be done. It should be according to the condo code. Every company gave their honest opinion about the installation, some of them are very unrealistic especially in the prices and installation process. That is when we really need to choose one among the 10 companies. Only one stood out from the rest, it was Reliance because of the professional approach made by Nima. Nima is very experienced and he has done installations in the past, so he was able to explain very well to us. Few days before the installation Nima was so kind to bring the installer, Ibrahim, over to my house and did the assessment. The installers came on time, laid the carpet down to preserve everything on their way. They were very careful and very professional and real expert. They worked fast and with precision. Real pro. They did the install in one day. The only hiccup was when the wireless thermostat was installed, and the system was tested. It did not operate the first time because of some issues. Ibrahim had to call somebody to assist, eventually everything worked out fine. The Redlink wireless controller was also not configured by the installer, but, Nima came over few days after and set it up. He also worked so hard to process my rebate. I highly recommend Reliance and of course Nima, a real expert and professional on his field. Thank you Nima, Ibrahim and his team for the work well done.

    Service

    Water tank replaced by Josh Wessler 0985, so pleasantly surprised by this service. He rolls out the red carpet, changed the tank in 1-1/2 hour. Knowledge, polite and oh so efficient! Hapy

    water heater repair

    Oct 10. No hot water. Called Reliance for service and Daryl #2109 was here earlier than expected. He checked out the unit thoroughly and discovered problems not indicated by the codes on the controller which he fixed as well. He commented on a slight gas smell when he came into the house and took time to check all the lines for leaks. Found a small seepage at a coupling in the main line coming in from the meter which he tightened and made sure was stopped before he would leave. Excellent service Thanks

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Although it took three days to get a service tech, when my hot water tank sprang a leak and had to be replaced, Zac, employee number 2476, was here bright and early and had the tank replaced in no time at all. Thank you Zac.
