Technician Joey from Reliance was prompt, courteous took extra care to protect floors and carpets and cleaned up after the job. Tech called before arriving to ensure we were home.

Upgrade my entire home heating and cooling system. Also upgrade to takless water heater. Very satisfied with all the technicians involved. They were all very professional and curteous. Unable to recall the first technician but great job to Paul - 1690 & Kevin-2100 for taking the time to rewire the entire system so that i could take full advantage of the wifi enabled thermostat.

Wanted to come on here to comment on the excellent work done by three installers who came in to do the replacement of our furnace and air conditioner and hot water tank. Jeff (1023) and Bill S. (1098) who worked on our furnace and a/c were right on time (almost rare for anyone to ever show up on time these days), were both very polite and went through the whole process from start to finish (ok, it took them a good day to do for the size of job they were doing here), but nonetheless, they were neat, tidy and I mean to the best I've seen any company clean up, and I was totally satisfied with their experience, knowledge and polite attitude when I asked questions. I would definitely recommend these two installers to anyone that needs an entire system replacement. They worked extremely well together and even to the very end they instructed us with how to use the systems and reviewed it until we understood it well enough. I was so satisfied that I needed to write here to let anyone who is looking for great installers and workmanship, don't look any further. Tim the water installer was very efficient in getting us the tank we needed and he had it all installed within an hour or so. These guys are excellent and we are now enjoying the quietness of the furnace and the efficiency of both to save us $$$. A shout out to Joel for suggesting what we needed and what would work best in our home! Great guy to work with! Job well done guys! Steven

Great service .... Quick response time .... Very knowledgable technician .... Ask for Wally ... Provided answers for several questions I had about the HVC Venmar unit as well as the need for duct cleaning ... His answers were clear, concise and helpful...

The installers for our 14 year old leaking water heater were punctual, polite and treated our home with respect, They are not Reliance employees, but contractors who did a very good job. Dealing with dispatch was okay. Seeing the heater was over 14 years old and leaking, we asked that they when they send someone, save the return trip and bring a replacement...the Reliance assessor that came over didn't want any part of it, so it took 2 trips over 2 days to replace it (and always between 1 and 6, so 2 days are shot!), thank goodness it didn't burst. They were doing it their way, not making it convenient for the customer. Considering getting rid of it and buying one. Paying monthly for over 20 years and the first time I call them, it was disappointing.

We had our water heater replaced Melvin was our technician he did a great job. The person who we talked to the day before wasn't as helpful as we would have liked. When we told her we wanted a replacement water heater it was as if we had to explain ourselves we have been in this home 11 years.

we were extremely pleased with all aspects of this rental furnace. the installers Dan and Chris were very punctual, knowledgeable and left us with a job well done as well as neat.

Our furnace stopped working this morning after we first turned it on last night. We called the Reliance team to assist us and they dispatched a call for this afternoon, and Steve arrived within the time frame committed, had to get the part and return to complete the repair. We now have working furnace, within 10 hours of our call for the repair. Great work

Had a problem with the AC unit and also the Hot Water Tank. It was serviced by Saul of Flan Air and I can honestly say that I have never dealt with a service technician before that has such great Customer Service. His number one priority seemed to be to keep me, the customer, happy. Was on time, couteous and did not try to confuse me with technical jargon. Would certainly recommend Saul at Flan Air to anyone looking for service.
