    Awesome service. Matt from Reliance in Hamilton was great! Response time was good, Matt was punctual and arrived as promised. He was helpful and explained everything we needed to know.

    Hot water tanker installation

    A new hot water tank was installed in my house a few days ago and I was impressed by the professionalism, kindness and politeness of the employee named Ron (employee # 1065). Ron helped me avoid unnecessary expense I was about to make by calling the right people at Relliance and explaining them my problem. He didn't just do his job - installing the hot water tank, he also served as an adviser and a mediator between his company and the client he was serving. Thanks Ron and congratulations Relliance for having employees like Ron!

    Furance and air conditioner

    We met initially with the sales person, Cal, he was very professional and arranged for the installation of the furnace and air conditioner. The technicians who came to our house, Luc and Kory, were both professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They worked throughout the day, spent time explaining the new system to us and cleaned up after the work was completed. We would recommend Reliance and their employees to anyone who asked and in fact Luc was approached by our neighbour who is also in need of a new furnace.

    A/C

    Our A/C was over 28 years old and no would fix it so I called Reliance hoem comfort and had a new A/C put in to my house and I tell right fron Jeff Patterson and the 2 workers that put the new A/C in they did a great job and was fast,they cleaned up after themself they were very Professional and I would recommend to everyone i know great Job that you

    A/C blower motor repair

    Derek Phung (#2393) arrived at 8pm (only time I was available weekdays) and spent almost 2 hours to get my a/c running smoothly and quietly (it was making a loud rumble). He was very helpful and informative. I would highly recommend him.

    new furnace and A/C installation

    Jeff and Dan were the installers. They very professional noisy only when need be. Gave us a hands on tour of the equipment with demo to use comfort center ( used to be called a thermostat!!) Cleaned up well inside and out. Jeff advised he would pass on his concern re a wobble in the new fan on A/C. Thus far no feedback from Reliance office. Only suggestion I would make is to ask homeowners input re colour of exhaust pipes ..They are white and truthfully look quite crappy. Black would have been our choice. Caulking around exhaust pipes not very professional looking.

    Service

    I just had my furnace / air conditioner anual inspection and I feel the Technician found the route cause of some issues I have been experiencing in the past with my heating system. He seemed to really be trained on my Carrier System and in addition explained the reason for his dianosies in simple terms. As well he was on time professional and took the time to ensure he put on in home slippers over his work boots. Job well done Dave Reliance Employee # BEA 1685.

    Furnace + A/C replacement

    Our A/C died. Reliance had a great deal and an option that works well for us. Dean was honest and presented all the options with no pressure. It made sense to replace the 14 year old equipment (Furnace as well) rather than patch it up.

    smartair system package

    We decided to look into installing an air conditioner and so we called the furnace dealer with whom we already deal, Reliance. The service manager for Sudbury, Shon Cantin, came in a timely and professional manner and recommended the product we ordered, given that our furnace was almost 20 yrs old. We concurred with his recommendations and ordered our System. The two installers, Dan and Rory were absolutely punctual, professional and efficient, and gave us all the information and follow-up to our questions that we needed. We were very satisfied in all ways.

    Hot water tank

    Our shower/bath hot water had been going off and on on a regular basis. We were solving the problem by unplugging the hot water tank and plugging it back in. Not wishing to keep doing this, we had a service tech (David Tran) come to the house. He was very punctual, professional, and courteous. Turns out the flame sensor just needed cleaning which he did. Hot water is plentiful now!
