We had Steve C. from Reliance come to our home today for a furnace service. He was on time, respectful, friendly and efficient. I appreciate the great customer service I received today.

Service Person Rick was prompt, did an excellent job,showed me everything I needed to do over the next year,cleaned both the furnace and air conditioner and left me a very precise written report of what he had done. Very pleasant, neat and deserving of an excellent rating.

I was very pleased with the service provided by the Technician who came to complete my annual inspection. He answered all of my questions with great detail and was extremely helpful.

My air conditioner was blowing warm air. I reported the problem to Reliance and so within 24 hours, my technician came to my home. Ed #8255, was brilliant at investigating the problem, effecting the necessary repairs, testing to make sure that the unit was working and explaining to me that my air conditioner unit was properly sized for my home. ( I had wondered if a larger unit would be of more benefit) After our discussion, I inquired as to the continued viability of my heating/cooling system and was once again reassured that at the moment, my system was adequate however, I am now better schooled as to what types of furnaces I may consider when mine eventually "dies". I am TOTALLY impressed by the speedy service I received as well as the skills and expertise that my tech, Ed demonstrated. Thank you for what I would consider outstanding customer service from the company and by the Ed my technician. P.S. I am NOT related to ED, but just really impressed!

My central ac was broken. When I called reliance, they send a tech to fix and he realized that it is an old unit and it was not possible to prepare. Immediately, a consultant agent from reliance contacted me and offered me different options to rent, buy or finance an AC. I went with the rent, the cost was reasonable and the installation was fast (next day) and I was pleased with the quality of service. Special thanks to the salesman (Tom) fro his excellent quality of service.

Kory and Diago from CAS installed the new tank and they did a very good job. In the future I will recommend the to any of friends and relatives. Thanks

My spouse and I were so pleased with the time and care, Tom G. took with us. He gave us many helpful tips and offered us professional, fair and friendly service and wasn't afraid to put in the time with us to make our new furnace purchase a pleasant experience!

I had two new water heaters put in by Lucas and Evan from Yanch in Bracebridge, and a new A/C and Furnace by Dallas and Cole from Yanch in Bracebridge, punctual, friendly, new exactly what they were doing, cleaned all up, and Yanch followed up. Could not have been any better.

Chris Z and Rob G installed our unit in a timely manner, explained the thermostat and made sure I understood how to program it before they left, very polite, friendly service

Tom rang ahead of time because he was running lat, this was very courteous. He was informative and helpful in choosing whether to buy or rent an A/C unit. he explained however I would get insurance and maintenance on my furnace too if I rented. Also the company do not tie you in to rental contract, if you wish to buy the product anytime you can buy at the depreciated cost. I needed this installed asap which he managed to get me an appointment the very next day in the morning. This is what I call excellent service. Pamela
