    A / C & Furnace

    Reliance installed new AC & furnace in 1 day. Jeff 1023,Bill S 1098 worked hard & did a great job,full install, cleanup & explanation of entire system. Scott Dressler was our advisor & showed us the many advantages to leasing as opposed to buying, I would seriously advise anyone to look into this option.

    furnace and central air issues

    Steve was prompt, quickly found out the issues, it was greatly appreciated since my furnace and air were not working. The air is very important this time of year. Excellent all the way around, answered my questions and concerns. Thank You!

    Air Conditioner Repair

    After a very cold, wet spring when I tried to fire up my air conditioner I found that it was not working. I call Reliance and was given an appointment the same day by Michael. Steve arrived at the appointed time and assessed by situation. He was very polite and started his assessment of the problem. He answered my many questions with expertise and within what seemed like a short time was able to identify and address the breakdown and have it up and running, leaving me to enjoy the cool air. He was very patient with all my questions and had a very extensive knowledge. He was very professional. I would be happy to have him help with any of my furnace/air conditioning needs in the future. Your customer service is outstanding. GREAT WORK Steve!!!

    Hot Water Tank/ Rental

    Our HWT was not working. I called Reliance and they sent, Flan Air and their Technician Steve. Steve was on time, courteous and very friendly at the same time doing his job in a professional and thorough manner. My family was very happy and satisfied. He is knowledgeable about his job and very informative. I highly recommend Flan -Air and Steve. ( our hot water tank is on Rental ----so I had to put an amount in the cost or my review won't post.)

    AC

    John Bilas from RHC was early for our appt. ( which I liked) and very helpful Efficient in presentation and concise. If all goes well RHC is on the top of the list for purchase of this AC unit Thanks John Regards Paul Corey

    New Furnace/Air Conditioner

    Our furnace was approximately 11 yrs old and Reliance had a deal advertised. Norman Wong came to the house and explained all the aspects of a Smart Air Systems thoroughly. We made an appointment to install the next week. The 2 men who did the installation were very good and explained how everything worked. Norman came back and did a follow up to ensure we were satisfied.

    Reliance technician and hch John were great with the info we needed for our furnave, air conditioning, water heater, and options. Polite, on time, and helpful. Thank you for the service.

    water heater

    my water heater had broke so the repairman came by to see . last november part of my chimney had broke and i had it repaired . because the serviceman could not see the liner he said i would have to get that done and wrote up report . when i showed him a piece that had broken off he said he would emend the report . a few days ago i got a phone call saying my gas was going to be shut off even though i had a power vent installed . i contacted your office and explained the situation and the girl said she would take care of it immediately . since i work late i did not appreciated union gas knocking at my door way too early to shut off my gas . now in order for me to get gas turned on to my furnace i need to spend money having a licensed contractor come by to tell my that i already have a liner money that i don't really have to spend

    Up gradation of Home heating gas furnace.

    In response to my query, Mr. Andrew from Reliance Home Comfort ,visited my home to discuss upgrading of my 24 years old Gas furnace for home heating . Relevant points were discussed and clarified curtailing future bills , services,warranties etc to my satisfaction.All paperwork was completed fast after due verification Mr. Andrew was punctual,courteous, knowledgeable and helpful..I look forward to avail their services, if required in future.

    Air Conditioner

    My air conditioner stopped working the second day into a heat wave so I called Reliance and booked a service call on line. True to their word they called me within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment. Steve came to fix it and arrived at the beginning of the window of time I was given so no waiting. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was, told me what caused it and gave me some helpful hints to prevent further problems. He represented Reliance well and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
