I was very pleased with the thorough inspection that Cindy Menzies did my A/C, from Home Comfort Advisor, who was thorough and very informative in all my concerns. I also pleased to have excellent service on the installation from Tim Terpstra, he was very trying to meets my requests. I feel that both Cindy and Tim did best they could and I was very comfortable asking them some question and they took time to explained for me. Thank you and good job.

Joe D'Onofrio was the serviceman who came by our house yesterday. He was very courteous and professional. He was very honest with what needed to be done and was thorough with his explanation of costs and services required. He didn't try to sugar coat things and that earned my trust to take my business to Reliance.

I just wanted to thank Reliance and Jason N for their help today. I awoke to find no hot water this morning. One quick phone call to Reliance, and they had a repairman to my door within a couple of hours. Jason N called first, was extremely friendly and professional. He also wore booties upon entering my home. He quickly assessed the issue, and I formed me I needed a new ignition switch. He had it replaced in under 10 minutes for free. Thanks for the quick, professional, efficient and friendly service!

Andrew came out on Wednesday afternoon (in the middle of an extreme heat wave) and we are expecting our new unit installed tomorrow!! Quick service + Knowledgeable staff= happy customer :)

We received a phone call from Reliance offering a free quote on a new furnace and central air unit. Being that we were in desperate need of a new furnace and not having central air at all, we set up the appointment knowing that a hot summer would be here before we knew it and the furnace likely wouldn't make it another winter. We met with Murray. A fantastic friendly man. He respected our home as if it was his own and made sure we knew that he would be with us every step of the way. He explained all of our options for owning and renting the new units in terms that we could understand. He allowed us a good buffer time to discuss our options and see where we stood finically to take on this project. He even sent us a Thank You card which was good reminder and follow up to our meeting. He as well made sure he was at our home on the day of installation to make sure we (the installers and ourselves) were all on the same page and comfortable with the set up. Our new equipment is efficient and makes our home comfortable to be in on these hot days. Thanks again Murray, we will tell our friends about you.

Representative was polite, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Explanations were clear with aid of diagrams, printed materials. John ( London store) managed time well when in conversation and fielding questions. Professional manner throughout entire process.

I was very impressed with the work done. We called in a panic because our hot water wasn't working. When Don arrived he was very polite and professional. He fixes the problem very quickly. We were impressed with his knowledge of his trade.

I called Reliance Home Comfort when my rental hot water tank wasn't working at all. A company called Hot Sauce Heating & Air (cool name!) came out to fix the problem. He arrived on time and even wore booties over his shoes...nice touch. Nick the tech was awesome and returned with the required part in under three hours....before we knew it we were back in business with lots of hot water. Thanks to a great job by Hot Sauce and Reliance....what a super team!

Our Hot Water Tank wasn't working. I called Reliance and they sent Flan=Air and their Technician Steve. Steve was punctual and came earlier than the allocated time. ( Which I was very happy about.) He is very friendly and professional. He did a thorough job and was informative.

My Home Comfort Advisor was John Bielas. Our appointment for him to come to my home was for noon on June 27th. He called earlier in the morning to confirm the appointment and was very prompt. I found John to be a very friendly, knowledgeable man. I am a retiree who is alone and I know very little about furnaces and air conditioning. He was very patient in explaining everything to me. I told him I would not make a commitment today as I need to discuss this with my adult children before deciding. That was absolutely no problem except the deal he was offering was only good until June 28th so he filled out all paperwork and took it with him, promising he would wait to submit the order until tomorrow when he is at meetings in Toronto thereby giving me time to talk to the necessary people to make sure this is what I should do. I make my own decisions but on something large like this I always like to discuss it with the kids as they are younger and more savvy about these things than I. If I decide to go ahead with the rental agreement John put together for me, my new equipment will be installed Wednesday July 3, 2013. All in all this was a very pleasant experience. I am always dubious about letting these type of sales people into my home but have had good dealings with Reliance in the past so decided to give them a try. There was no pressure on John's part. John is, in my opinion, a great ambassador for Reliance Home Comfort.
