    David Tran

    David Tran (Thornhill/Vaughan) came to our house because we were having difficulties accessing hot water. David arrived at our house on time and was extremely helpful and friendly. He was able to immediately identify the problem and fix it promptly. He also provided us with tips and guidelines for future potential problems. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the service provided. David, thank you for your service!

    air conditioner service

    I had Robert employee # 11910 service my air conditioner as it was installed last fall and needed to be serviced for the first time.I also mentioned that my water pressure was low at times and we could often here vibrations in our pipes during the night.Robert did not hesitate to take both hot and cold fittings off and fix the problem..Hats off to Robert for his great efforts to fix both problems and for a great positive attitude.

    Water Heater Service

    Had my water tank serviced by David Tran. He has been out to our place once before and fixed the previous issue with the control panel. This time is was the sensor not working, which was why we had hot water only some times. He is very thorough and made sure we understood the issue. He is very friendly and works quickly. Thanks David

    Air Conditioner

    On May 21, 2013 my air conditioner wasn't working properly.....it had run all night! I called in the morning around 8:30 and they managed to get me an appointment for that day between 7-11:00 am. The tech came, and looked at the unit outside for a bit, then came inside to look at the furnace. The furnace had a HUGE chunk of ice inside, and the unit outside had 2 leaks at the service valves. He was very good about his job, and very polite! He fixed everything that needed to be fixed! Now, when we bought our house, I also got the protection plan on the furnace and AC, and it came in handy that day!! Without it I would have had to pay $634.00! While the name of the Tech. has slipped my mind, his # is 4238

    Furnace and AC Maintenance Check

    I had Adam Walker to do a maintenance check on furnace and AC and found him to be friendly, efficient and professional. Kept me informed of the process and he remedied issues successfully. Totally satisfied with results. Thanks Adam !

    Air Conditioner Maintenance

    I had called Reliance to come do my annual check up maintenance on my air conditioner, they sent technician Adam #6707 to do the work. He called ahead, showed up on time. I thought it was very nice that he placed shoe covers over his boots and he was also polite and courteous while in my home. He did the check up in about 30 minutes and also gave me some good tips on how to keep the air conditioner running good. I will ask for Adam again next year when its time again for another check up.

    furnace & airconditioner-water heater

    Our salesman Reinaldo Platero was outstanding and explained the installation and cost for our furnace and AC installation. He even stopped by after the installation to make sure we were happy. He did further explanation as well. We are very satisfied and happy with our service.

    Water Heater

    I guess Reliance can only get one thing right at a time . the same day (May 24th) that I had my air conditioning installed by two awesome guys, I had one of your service technicians come to look at my water heater tank. He made note of a recommendation that this tank be replaced and left. Today is June 11th and to date NO ONE from Reliance called me to make arrangements for this replacement. Today, I called your customer service and was told that this was not even placed in the system....so I guess that if I did not call to find out what was happening I would still be waiting. Not impressed with this service.

    Hot Water Tank replacement

    I had a Reliance technician by the name of Adam Walker come to my house to do maintenance on my furnace. While he was here he asked about out hot water tank. I told him that the mixing valve was broken and needed to be replaced. Direct Energy wanted 500 to fix it. But Adam suggested that reliance would replace the valve if we switched to their rental hot water tank. We did and saved 500 on the repair and now pay a lower monthly rental rate. It was a great decision to switch to Reliance.

    Hot Water Tank

    The structure of where the pipe was provided the reliance man some issues but he was able to overcome them with some gardening tools to pull the pipe to where it needed to go. He was very informative, efficient and knowledgeable and experienced.
