    Hot Water tank

    I have a seasonal property in which I rent a water heater from Reliance. We arrived up this past weekend and found we had no hot water. I phoned Reliance and quickly after I heard from the serviceman from Seasons Change Mechanical who made arrangements with me to fix the problem. He arrived at the agreed upon time.......after phoning me on the way and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently> He explained what the problem was and I felt again happy that I rent my hot water tank. Thanks for the great service.

    furnance and air conditioner

    Reinaldo was great. Not pushy and very informative and helpful. I would highly advise his service and reliance. We have always rented our water heater from reliance and we now have a furnace and air conditioner with them. Very happy.

    replacing air conditioning coil

    We saved over a thousand dollars by buying the CPP coverage plan. I would highly recommend this. The guys were personable, clean, considerate and explained everything really well. They were finished in under the time quoted. Instead of 4 hours they were out in 2.5 hours and the new coil is working like a charm. They went the extra mile and gave me tips on care and maintenance as well. Always appreciated.

    AC

    I called reliance for my AC before I hang up,Joanna from delta called me to set up the apt she was polite and understood my problem. She sent some one within the hour.Greg from delta came he put on boot covers before he came inside and he found the problem with in 15 min and fixed the ac and explain it to me what work was done I was very pleased with the service I received!!! Thanks Delta and Reliance!!!

    Air Conditioning

    I just had an air conditioning unit installed by two awesome guys, Jeff (1023) and Len (3268). They were extremely professional and courtesious the entire time they were here at my home. Took the time to explain everything about the installation and operation of the unit. Jeff & Len - you guys are the best. Thank you so very much.

    Matt (employee # 1920) yearly check of furnace /AC .Called ahead that he was coming; wore shoe covers informed us of efficiency results;He was knowledgeable courteous and very pleasant. Thank You.

    Funace and AC inspection

    The tech that was sent, Ryon, was professioal and explained everything that he did in detail afterwards. He was curtious and wore covers over his shoes. He advised me of the protection plans that were available and explained them. This was quite helpfull.

    hot water tank maintenance

    John #1485 was fantastic, I thought my tank was leaking turns out it was something else. He took the time to explain everything to me and repair what needed repairing. He came over within an hour of me making my request, was very knowledgeable and also pleasant. Thank you so I much.

    I had Robert-employee #1191019. He was very efficient and explained what he was doing and repaired a problem he found when he was cleaning my furnace. I was very pleased with his service.

    Air Con Repair

    I have a Home Protection Plan under Reliance Home Comfort which costs approximately $300/year. This plan covers issues with furnaces and air conditioning systems. When my air conditioner wasn't working last week, I called Reliance who connected me with Dynasty Air Systems - the company that they subcontract to for repair work. Dynasty scheduled me quickly and efficiently. Their representative Rob showed up on time, and in fact, was early for our appointment. When I arrived home he had already taken the initiative to start diagnosing the problem and had started working on what he could outside. He was very knowledgeable and even provided me with some insight into making both my furnace and air conditioning more efficient in the future. I would recommend both Dynasty and Reliance - the Protection Plan is well worth it and having Dynasty as the repair service ensures you will get timely, efficient and reliable service. Ask for Rob from Dynasty to do your repair, he's great.
